Bill's Restaurant in Brighton and Hove

My girlfriend and I went for breakfast last Saturday. I must say the experience as a whole was phenomenal.The bar staff were more than helpful and very friendly, more so than any other restaurant we’ve been to in the local area. The food was sublime and worth every cent.A bustling atmosphere was about the restaurant on a bright Saturday morning, can’t say I’ve went to a place for breakfast that can come close to how great Bill’s was!Keep up great work guys! Beautiful venue and really friendly staff. Food was all amazing, especially the flower pot cheesecake 👌 i loved the house drinks, nothing was sweet which was a bonus.Our only issue was one of out party receiving a cold breakfast, though we did order it 15 minutes before the cut off. Chef owned it however and recooked the meal and got it comped without asking, which honestly was really great of them.We ordered from breakfast, lunch starters and burger menus at 4.45pm! The flexibility of their menu was impressive.Would definitely recommend going here for a nice meal.

Visited here during the Christmas holidays for an impromptu meal, went in as it looked nice and we couldn't have been happier. The staff were great, atmosphere was great and the food was amazing, a total surprise. I had pan fried fish with crushed potatoes and broccoli, which was sooooo good I can't state how nice it was in words, my husband had the burger, which, yes, you can pick up and eat like a burger, he said it was great. The only thing I personally thought could change a little was the desert, I had the Christmas tree cheese cake, I felt there should have been more cheese cake, less cream and the chocolate pot could be thinner. It was a chocolate flower pot! We can highly recommend this restaurant and are planning on going back.

Just perfect - great staff, wonderful atmosphere & music, awesome food, but again, as with all best restaurants, it’s the staff that make it so, so special- We didn’t want to leave. Lovely looking place and really friendly attentive staff. We ordered toast with avocado with poached eggs and side of streaky bacon. The food was good but not great. The kitchen could have a bit more generous with the avocado and the poached eggs were on the cold side. We ordered a bloody Mary as well, and added a bit of Bill's Hot sauce. Delicious and super spicy.

My friends and I enjoyed a lovely brunch here on a chilly Sunday morning. We had booked online and were pleased to do so as the restaurant was full throughout the meal. I ordered a cocktail and although it was delicious, I had to slip it very slowly as there was only about a mouthful in the glass at the cost of £7. We ordered our food and it came in good time. The meal was very tasty and the poached eggs were cooked to perfection! Still, I felt it was a little over priced for £13. My friend ordered the banana smoothie which she wasn't aware contained a shot of espresso. She took one slip and hated it. After we received the bill we asked the server if he could remove this item and he was very kind and did so without any hesitation! I liked the decor and atmosphere of the restaurant and would come again. The staff were lovely and all said goodbye on our way out of the restaurant.

Very friendly staff and the atmosphere was so nice! Definitely go if you're visiting Brighton, breakfasts are served all day. Leona, our waitress upstairs, was so friendly and even recommended some places for us to visit! Food was delicious 😋

Food and atmosphere were nice, however, it didn’t wow me. It was a spontaneous decision, so it was pleasant. Maybe I just didn’t pick the best options on the menu.The presentation was beautiful though.

Everything was excellent! Even though it was extremely busy we got our plates quite quickly and they were both really tasty! Friendly staff and very cosy decor. I’d say that it’s your normal Bill’s but it’s actually better haha
