Bison Beer in Brighton and Hove

Great Range of Beer and a good wine list with a welcoming and knowledgeable staff, what more could you want .

Terrible service, I asked what was in the fridge and was told "cans". Not condescending at all... £7,30 a 440ml can is the rip off of the century. Shame on me.

Great selection of beer and lovely folks! I felt very welcomed and left with way more beer than I had planned on!

Bison bar was really lovely. The staff were great and very accommodating. We had a party and they allocated a room for us in the downstairs bar. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had the right IT set up to play a video and had a good night. We had 20 people in the room fow stairs. The benefit of renting a space with Bison bar was that it is free to rent, whereas other places in Brighton charged a lot of money up front, required a deposit or a minimum charge of £500 plus. I would highly recommend Bison Bar for any events.

The staff knowledge is incredible, they recommended 4 amazing beers. And the oyster mushroom calamari is so delicious! Will be bringing all my friends back! Also worth noting is that the staff were so friendly and sweet, even directing me to another bathroom when they told me I couldn't queue for the nearest on due to covid safety precautions. So polite and kept our well being a top priority. Definitely going back soon!

I absolutely adore this place. Always has the most amazing selection of Craft Beers on tap. My last visit had the likes of Deya, Omnipollo, Polly's Brew Co amongst others. The food is next level. Whether it be their burgers or the tapas style small plates and tacos, I defy anyone not to be blown away by the flavour profiles of these dishes. The vibe is always electric in the evenings with great tunes and happy people enjoying themselves. The staff are really nice and clearly love working there. By far the coolest place in Brighton. So cool I hosted my Brother's pre-stag in the hideout last year which was incredible. They just refurbished it so looking for another excuse to host something there.

A great selection of beer and good food. If you like IPA and ales you will have no problem spending a few hours here. It was great for my partner who is vegan and for myself who is not. Only criticism I could give is it quite expensive for just a burger and fries.
