Buon appetito in Brighton and Hove

We felt like at home! Friendly and professional staff and good food (look the pictures 😉). Such a wonderful lunch time 👍🏼

This was the best Italian restaurant I have ever visited. My family and I came to Brighton for one day and were very hungry in the evening, looking for a place to eat in. Obviously, most restaurants did not have tables, but this one did, which made us really happy.The waiters were so friendly! They spoke Italian and I learned a few words :) They were very patient, listening to everyone from my family and provided a great service overall. An important thing — the food was really nice, and made us want to return there again! Thank you so much for brightening our day.

A wonderful restaurant with amazing Italian food. We loved it all. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The thing that really stood out was how friendly, welcoming and helpful the staff were. They catered for all our needs and requests and made us feel happy and relaxed throughout.

Popped in with my two teenage boys, who were both treated to lots of Italian lingo which they loved. All of us had starters, sourdough great with prawns and paprika, pasta was great after & sweets great. Treated great all night, great little discovery and will return next time in Brighton

Were taken in by a very misleading board which suggested food was much cheaper than it was. And then when it arrived, the pizza was very, very average and, well.. This is a picture of my 'pepperoni pizza' which (I am not kidding) had ONE piece of pepperoni on it, sliced a few times. Staff were also indifferent to our questions to the point of rudeness.. There are many better places to spend your money very close by. Shame as had heard good things..

Cosy and full of charm this restaurant offers great tasting authentic Italian cuisine. With a wide selection of food and wine, friendly and accommodating stay and great value for money. Highly recommend.

We haven't had a restaurant experience like it in quite some time. The dishes we had were great quality, nicely portioned and inexpensive. The wine that our lovely waitress, Julia suggested paired perfectly with our meaty pastas but above all, her service was fantastic! Really fun, smiley and full of personality. Great night out, highly recommended!

Looking for a quick lunch, we walked in through the open door 10 minutes before opening time. The waitress happily let us sit down to wait while she finished getting ready.It felt like only minutes after placing our food order that we received our meals, and considering the price (£3 for a pizza or a pasta dish, when ordered with a drink, or £4 for takeaway), the meals were huge. Added bonus - they were also delicious.Would definitely visit again for another lunch if I was in the area.
