Burger King in Brighton and Hove

Condiments needed replenishing and the area they were kept needed cleaning.The ladles toilet were disgusting, one toilet was blocked, which left only one working properly!I spoke to the manager, I may just as well talk to a brick wall!

Even it is only for 2 packs of large fries, we deserve decent customer service. You should not in any way throw food at customers like they are beggars. Such an awful place and in a big retail park. Shame on your staff and their behavior. First, you serve cold stale fries and when we want to return it for a hot batch all the problem starts. Why do we have the cold fries when we have paid for warm food? Not acceptable. Please train your staff to behave well. The review doesn't bother you guys looks like because I just saw several others complaining about this particular Burger King. But will share this everywhere and with everyone I know. Because if you don't say anything then it becomes the norm for you.

Wasn’t expecting much, but still shocked me. missing item, food weren’t even warm, What shocked me the most was how tiny was everything, I spend £9+ on a chicken royale, it wasn’t much bigger than my kid burger(kids meal), everything was so little. First time had it, it would be the last time too.

Food was OK, but I've had better burger and fries to be honest. Radio on loudspeaker with pesky adverts too loud - would have sat outside if the weather had been nicer. 2 stars only, sorry

Drove through this afternoon to order a double melt meal and chicken royale burger. The chicken burger had a strand of lettuce and hardly any mayo. The double melt was meagre and not as advertised. Cold onion rings and just generally poor. Would not recommend at all.

As a note, I very rarely go through the Drive-Thru anywhere, and have never been Thru it at this BK, so cannot vouch for the experience. I have only ever eaten in or ordered in-store and taken out.Good enough BK here, for the most part anyway, I have been to better and worse and I have been here a few times now so have a general sense of their average service level.The staff are friendly and always polite, to me at least, though sometimes seem to take a little too long to sort things out or serve you (though to be fair I mostly use the ordering Kiosks now or the mobile ordering on the app) and I dont know if this is cos they are understaffed, undermotivated or some other reason, and though I have never really encountered any bad attitudes here, I do sometimes sit there thinking, there should be someone out here tidying up and sorting out the tables.For the most part the food is good, the odd glitch but never anything worth really getting the hump about, though I did have one time where they 'forgot' to put the lettuce, tomato and onion on my whopper, and the couple of times I have had to go back to the counter (such as had cheese missing or bacon or all the dressings as above, or I had the wrong size fries), my issue was resovled fairly quickly and without hassle.The negatives, the sauce section, always looks like its been vandalised and needs a clean, this ties in with not having anyone the floor dedicated to keeping the dining area tidy, thus, sometimes they do not really take enough care of the dining area at all, when they should and clearly could.I have been there a number times, been sat there for over half hour and not seen a single person come out and have also had to clear a table a number of times when I have arrived,despite it not being very busy at the time, also the bins are almost always full.This really is down to lack of people management and is something they really need to address here, dont get me wrong, it doesnt look like a tornado has gone through the place, but it does look like they have a minimalist approach to taking care of it as in, yeah when we get around to it.The other negative/potential issue is the locked toilets, which can be a cause of issues for some folks, but they do this because they get folks wandering in just to use the loo of course. I have never had a problem with it myself, getting into them or out of them and I have never had to wait too long before they get unlocked.Overall, I have had generally good experiences at this BK, bar the grumbles above which in one way or another are a regular occurence unfortunately, over multiple visits at different times of the day and week.The food is usually good for the most part (Which is really why we all go there of course) and I usually stop here if I am in the vincinity and have time and fancy a bite.My parting advice, to any BK visitors, to any BK, get the BK app, there are tons of deals on it, and you can use the codes on the kiosks too, without it the prices are outrageous and you are likely to be rather upset at paying almost double the price without it when you discover you could have had your meal for £4.xx instead of £8...

Great Meal Deals on the Whopper. In fact, takes quite an appetite to finish it..!!! Unlimited Coke Zero, or alternative flavoured cold drinks. Plenty of free parking . Nice and clean area.

Parking easy here , staff were friendly and helpful, shame the overpriced warm burgers and chips were not great .Could do with a deep clean .Just to add insult locked toilets are a nightmare when it’s busy and your trying to manage your kids !!!

Haven’t had one in years so I decided to grab a quick and easy lunch… now I remember why I’ve not had one in years, the food was dry, stone cold and bland , whilst I appreciate it’s not fine dining, I’d expect the basics to be right.

don't know why this burger king is so awful I've never had a good burger from here. Don't waste your time so many good burger places now. Driest bun ever just breaking apart can't even be bothered to serve in date bread.
