Burger King in Brighton and Hove

Only went as its better than macdonalds, food ok however staff really are put out by having to speak/deal with customers, felt like we were a bother just walking through the door, they also forgot parts of our order

Used to come here as a kid/teen after playing football at hove park and was decent back then, now it’s an absolute shambles.90% of the tables were filthy with food all across them, you choose eat in on the machines, they give you a bag, can’t be a coincidence that everyone else eating there also didn’t have a tray (can only assume they can’t be bothered to clean them)Drinks from the drink machine tasted like pure syrup as if there wasn’t enough soda water in the machine, the sauce dispensers had no pots so if you wanted ketchup you had to use a drink lid (not ideal due to the hole for the straw) and also the sauce should have been replaced in the morning according to the sticker on them.Prices are also horrendously expensive for what you get given in this specific restaurant considering the food was lukewarm at best.If I could rate 0* I would it was that bad.The only thing that was any good was the frozen Fanta.Do not go to this place whatsoever, Nando’s next door will be similarly priced but infinitely higher quality.

Very fast service at the drive through the lady serving us was really polite we had the plant base doptions and they were great. The frozen Fanta is 👌

This place is absolutely filthy, floors, tables, touch screens the burgers were served to us in 1 minute which was cold so obviously left to serve on the side no doubt. Overpriced, cold dirty surroundings should be reported to health &safety and trading standards.

It really is the most consistently appalling experience. It’s dirty, the staff are beyond uninterested and the food is rank and expensive. A desperate pit stop, keep driving.

Even it is only for 2 packs of large fries, we deserve decent customer service. You should not in any way throw food at customers like they are beggars. Such an awful place and in a big retail park. Shame on your staff and their behavior. First, you serve cold stale fries and when we want to return it for a hot batch all the problem starts. Why do we have the cold fries when we have paid for warm food? Not acceptable. Please train your staff to behave well. The review doesn't bother you guys looks like because I just saw several others complaining about this particular Burger King. But will share this everywhere and with everyone I know. Because if you don't say anything then it becomes the norm for you.

Wasn’t expecting much, but still shocked me. missing item, food weren’t even warm, What shocked me the most was how tiny was everything, I spend £9+ on a chicken royale, it wasn’t much bigger than my kid burger(kids meal), everything was so little. First time had it, it would be the last time too.

Parking easy here , staff were friendly and helpful, shame the overpriced warm burgers and chips were not great .Could do with a deep clean .Just to add insult locked toilets are a nightmare when it’s busy and your trying to manage your kids !!!

don't know why this burger king is so awful I've never had a good burger from here. Don't waste your time so many good burger places now. Driest bun ever just breaking apart can't even be bothered to serve in date bread.

Haven’t had one in years so I decided to grab a quick and easy lunch… now I remember why I’ve not had one in years, the food was dry, stone cold and bland , whilst I appreciate it’s not fine dining, I’d expect the basics to be right.
