Costa in Brighton and Hove

Best Costa in town. Lovely staff.

Last refurbishment replaced comfortable chairs with cheap spartan ones. Best table position in the window now used as a furniture store.

Great tasty americano with cream.always very friendly staff nice n clean.

I went here after a long gap just to see if the coffee was still dreadful. It was a little better, not much. Their coffee is so weak. Particularly in this branch. Others are better. Sitting in there was nice enough. They have lots of cakes and sweet things. It's just okay. 🙋🏻‍♀️

Nice establishment and a quick and easy place to get a quick coffee on the go.. Area clean tidy and toilets spotless which surprised me for being mid way through the day.. Nice to grab a bite to eat and coffee in a relaxed place.

Lovin the lattees ,especially gingerbread with the biscuit on top ,love it especially when i get cream on my tip lips ..i have to laugh ,but always a joy to go in there ..staff are wonderful ..polite .⭐⭐⭐⭐🍰

Comfy place for coffee on a pedestrian street in Hove all the usual cakes and hot drinks available, one way system and covid safety measures adhered to.

I’ve been to this Costa Coffee before in Hove and the seating area looks a lot smaller than the Brighton branches however during the weekdays it’s good to grab a quick bite especially if you’re on your break during your work shift even if it gets quieter than the weekends.Overall I would rate this branch 5 stars and a solid 8 out of 10. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Good coffee. Collect points on Costa App. Busy place but good service and plenty of tables and seats plus seating outside for smokers and summer months.

Yea... I know it is Hove, where I don't live luckily, but it is all very well doing shabby-chic and thinking pink hair and Brightonian/Hovarian wear (*thrice yawn*) makes you a good team to work at a Costa but some of us ain't in there for the show... we want content and service which you don't seem to provide. I don't expect the MANAGERESS, (clue in the word, set an example to her team) to ponce about doing her daily chores and leaving the customer waiting unnecessarily long to get a drink made without even acknowledging the customers waiting... there she was, moving cups about and cleaning... that is what your team should be doing. Won't be returning... suggest you go somewhere else if you want service.
