It’s not true gelato, it’s usually ice cream. I tasted “chocolate brownie” and it was not good. Ice in the ice cream then crunch on my teeth 😖 Staff not friendly, then I come barmen used his phone and I need waited a time before he said “Hi”, but I said it firstly. On the time I was once customer on the cafe. I ordered 1 scoop on cone , but they gave me my ice cream on cup. And in the cafe was not a bin for waste. Why?..

I ordered a cookie dough utopia and selected Malteasers for an extra £3.25. In a section that comprised of various ice cream flavours I assumed that this, too, was ice cream.When it arrived, my cookie dough was fine but the "Malteasers" turns out to be one of those pathetically small bags you normally buy in the newsagents for 50p! Come on, lads; at least work for the additional £2.75 and put the things on the dessert yourselves.

The first impression is of slashed seating taped up with duck tape that matches, sort of. Shame.* The menu is amazing. It was really hard to choose. Took ages. I ordered a banana, toffee, salted caramel, vanilla and toffee pieces in a bubble waffle affair and it was enormous and delicious. I did leave most of the waffle. My friends loved theirs too. I felt like I eaten calories for a month and must do penance.... It was 7 quid odd and a tea was 2.35. Not bad on the whole. It would be good if you didn't have to get up to order. There is staff, why can't they take the order? *New seating now, much better.

Quite pricey, average price being £7.00+, as a treat now and again its ok. That said the gelato was fantastic and the waffles devine. The interior was a bit shabby, taped up seating, tatty menus. Staff aren't as attentive as you might like.

Very good ice creams , sundaes and waffles .... there are options for coffees ☕️ also ..... the staff was very cordial and friendly ... great service ... the cafe is neat and clean with lot of seating space ... the interiors are good and perfect for friends and family outings ... kids will love it here ... the deserts are just yum and presentation is lovely too .. only minus I thought was the price is bit on a high side but fine for some indulgence

Creams is a chain cafe with a wide selection ice creams, shakes and deserts. Each one is a huge calorie bomb. The place could use some doing up; the sofas fix are fixed by tape and the stairs rail is broken! Average desert but does the job if everything else is closed.

I have possibly caused myself to be pre diabetic to full blown type 2 in this place.I cannot really fault them. The prices are really good for the food you get. And the choice is unbelievable. Seriously, the menu is HUGE.There is wheelchair space, disabled toilets and the staff are really nice to you. I took my partner there for Valentine's and we were not disappointed in the quality of food and options.The hot chocolates are massive.
