Contemporary and chilled ambience, with the most amazing selection of dishes, cocktails and wine. Simply the best food and service in Brighton. We had a dinner there last night, the food was so good, so scrumptious and made by freshly produced quality ingredients, simply tasted better than many Michelin star restaurants I have been. Staff and service were amazing. Hixon Green has fulfilled all my expectations for a great evening out.

Really enjoyed our experience here yet again. Our waiter Gabor was helpful and friendly. Post pandemic going out for lunch is a real treat especially with. Dog and 4 year old who were made very welcome. Thank you

Tasty food and good quality nice portion friendly staff. All coming from management system specially their very good manager.Carpark next to the restaurant is available and very cheap.As this is a very warm and pleasant environment which you can have good time together with your friends and family.For having a meal or drink.Quality of products are good, they have very friendly and knowledgeable staff so this is the reason you can high quality food and drink.I strongly recommend to use their services.All tourists and Brighton visitors should not miss this lovely cousin restaurant %100.

Nice, modern decor. Friendly staff. Reasonable selection of drinks though for a wine bar not a very extensive wine list. Quite pricey.

We've visited Hixon Green on multiple occasions now and even though their meals are perhaps very very slightly more expensive than average - they deliver on quality but also quantity! A great selection of teas and quick service from ordering to table - a fab recommendation for brunch

Terrible experience. Booked a table online and drove a fair distance to experience this restaurant after seeing good reviews. Turned up and was told they could not accommodate us, even though we had a booking as they were fully booked.There were tables free but we were told they could not do anything to rectify their mistake. The general demeanour of the staff was unhelpful and unapologetic.

Breakfast gathering, food was very good and so as the environment, strongly recommend to sit upstairs, it has a very open view of the street

I've stopped in for coffee a few times now. Nice chilled atmosphere. They make a perfect oat flat white and the breakfast pancake is huge! The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Having recently realised they open late and serve curries, had to give them a try. The meal was fantastic. Well spiced, not too oily with portions being decently sized. The wine list is sizable, offering local wines by the glass or bottle and the cocktail list offers some solid favourites. If you're in the area would highly recommend.

Best cocktails!!! I had the veggie brunch which was delicious. Staff were in no hurry to chase us out on a Tues lunchtime. Would definitely go again. Off street parking close by. Open and bright feel to the restaurant.

The food looks delicious but it lets you down when eating it.There was too much bicarbonate of soda in the pancakes, both of them, and the egg with the English breakfast was overdone. The eggs could have done with a bit more salt too.The staff were lovely and so was the restaurant but amazing appearances aren’t enough.
