Fish & CHips in Brighton and Hove

Amazing food, best takeaway in Brighton…However! Decided to dine in the restaurant this evening and the meal was completely destroyed by noisy,, screaming children who were also climbing on the tables and chairs. It would have been nice if the waiter could have asked the mothers to keep their three children under control….

Huge chunky chips. I loved them so much and even came back the next day for more. I’ve never had such fresh cod either. Bankers is an absolute must, and their takeaway menu have more affordable prices if you just want chips by the beach.

A must in Brighton. Forget all the fish and chips on the seafront, all the other places: this is it.Abundant, tasty, not overfried, not oily, not soggy: just right.A very nice place, friendly and warm, we're to eat a staple of English food.Reasonably priced, quick service, and especially caring towards seniors with their offers.Wow.

Honestly the best fish and chips in my life.Exquisite Haddock. Fresh potatoes and you even choose sweet potatoes if you like.The portion of fish is big.Since ai found this place we always come here when in Brighton.

We booked a table last minute via the Google reserve list, and had no issues being seated when we arrived 15 minutes early. The service was very efficient, but also very friendly. The portion sizes were extremely Liberal.. We could have shared the medium chips between 2 of us, so there was quite a lot of leftovers. Everyone said it was some of the best fish and chips that they'd had in a long time. Would definitely go back if we were in Brighton again.

In the rainy Christmas Eve, I supposed the fish and chips was be a takeaway meal, actually the restaurant looks formal and amazing inside. We chose to have our food in, ordered a large fishes and chips and it was really yummy, crispy and fresh! Thanks the kind service that gives me the first but wonderful fish and chips experience in the UK !

The food is really good but if you have haddock and chips it a very big portion you might want to share it with someone

Absolutely disgusting! It’s cold dry and very greasy ! Won’t be ordering from here again !! I didn’t have a choice but to eat as I didn’t have anything else! . How does this even happen ! How do people get away with serving food like this ?

I was surprised how great is the service if you are having your food in. I expected it to be ordinary takeaway place, however it looks nice inside. Very professional and polite service as well as nice food. Will definitely come back.

Had the haddock & chips, a nice big serving of freshly cooked and very tasty food. Super clean premises and friendly staff. Excellent.
