Nice local boozer. Good beer and tacos look good

Great Brighton Town centre pub. Friendly staff, good atmosphere 👌

·

mind blowingly tasty vegan junk! super service and a really cosy (and dog friendly) setting. couldn’t have asked for more!

·

Really enjoyed this pub, although in the day at weekends it is a borderline pub / family-friendly vegan fast food restaurant.Nice surroundings, really friendly, welcoming bar staff and a great selection of IPAs. I’m not vegan but that wouldn’t stop me trying the food at a future visit; it certainly appeared to be popular. The outdoor seating at the side of the pub, with individual heaters, looked very cosy.

I like the fountain. Staff are always friendly.. On a Tuesdsy evening they have a Ganes evening, (the old computer ganes. They have around 5 consoles with 100 of games all for free.. Really a Great idea!! Food is Great too.. 😊

·

Fantastic pub with a warm and friendly welcome, great music and toasty fire. Wasn't planning lunch out but saw someone else's burger and chips, decided to take the plunge and it was really tasty! Highly recommended.

·

Clean and cosy but very overpriced food. Tasty shakeshack style vegan burgers and stuff, but small and not worth the money.

The vegan burgers we experienced left us feeling underwhelmed. The word burger generally implies something of substance, but this was tasteless. More pate than patty and worst of all it was drenched in thousand island dressing. Worst of all it was overpriced and the service was under par.. honestly this was recommended and we were bitterly disappointed. I have no picture as I didn’t even want to take one.

Relaxed atmosphere, pleasant staff, family friendly (breastfeeding welcome), board games available and dogs eagerly permitted. This pub offers Sunday roasts and an open fire on cold, dreary days. Will visit again on our next trip to Brighton 🙂

Very nice atmosphere, busy pub but not loud and uncomfortable. Various selection of ales on tap and also cans, prices are reasonable and the overall experience is good.
