Franco Manca Brighton in Brighton and Hove

A friend recommended this place. We went for a quick lunch and was in a rush. We sat outside as it was a sunny day. The pizza was delicious. Very authentic. We had the spicy pepperoni pizza £ 9.80. I would definitely go back and the server knew we were in a rush and was attentive to our needs.

Sat outside today in the lovely hot weather, without asking staff brought out a dish of water for our dogs. Pizzas excellent as well. Staff friendly throughout.

Franco Manca is a pretty stock-standard Italian eating experience. The pizzas are generously sized and cooked very hot and fresh. The tiramisu was positively drowned in quite bitter cocoa powder, but was otherwise quite pleasant. Cocktails didn't go easy on the booze and were out in a flash.Overall, this is a great cheap date night out and doesn't pretend to be anything it isn't. I'm sure there's better Neapolitan pizza places in Brighton but you'll almost certainly get a table and it's very fairly priced.

The crust and the burn taste on the edges of the pizza is to die for. I wanted to change so I didn’t order a regular margarita and maybe that’s why I didn’t really loved the pizza. It wasn’t bad but wasn’t my taste, and needed a bit of salt.Their homemade lemonade is something to appreciate and adore. Will definitely come again to try more. The staff were so friendly too.

The pizza is full of flavour, thin delicious dough, and a nice crispy crust. Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice and you can smell all the fresh ingredients as soon as you walk in. However the garlic bread didn't meet my expectations at all and I wouldn't recommend it, it didn't have enough garlic to even qualify as garlic bread.

Food was very good and really fresh. Loads of options for the pizzas. Great customer service too! Defo would recommend 👍🏼

Fantastic service, Fantastic Food and Fantastic prices. Pizzas are full of flavour, very generously sized and have a great crust to them. Would recommend when in Brighton or any city that has one
