Fabulous vegetarian tasting menu, with paired wines. Everything was beautifully presented and the service was friendly and attentive.

We enjoyed the taster menu with wine. Although not cheap, well worth a treat for our anniversary and the waiter was great at explaining each serving and we enjoyed discovering new complimentary wine for each dish. I had the vegetarian which was very nice.

We had a faultless three course meal at Gingerman today. The service was great and the waitor recommended a couple of great wines to pair with my courses. We were an hour late for our reservation due to a train delay and the staff were really understanding. We'll definitely be back.

Fabulous experience. The staff were so attentive and friendly and the food delicious. They went out of their way to make sure one of our party's gluten free needs were catered for. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Wow. What a meal. Had the tasting menu (£65) + wine pairing (£35) and well worth it. Each dish was truly exceptional, and substantial portions. If they have souffle on the menu, don't hesitate - they do a flawless souffle. Service also excellent. If you like dry Rose, the bottle pictured was excellent.

This is a Michelin 2018 restaurant and it deserved it well. Service was great. She was well trained despite the fact that she was the only waitress. Food was great. We had the lunch menu.It started with the tasting appetiser. The rabbit was nice with great aroma. The other creamed one was a bit savoury but still nice. We have pea and ham soup for entree. It served well with the steamy bun with crunchy crust. Rosemary favoured butter was such a delight. We have fishcake for mains. It was huge! A touch savoury though. We had cream brûlée and it was so creamy and we barely able to finish it!Overall this restaurant was a must go when you come to Brighton and Hove. It was so much more value than the sushi places we have been recently.

Wow, what an amazing 5-star experience! This Michelin star restaurant is very unassuming from the outside and not pretentious inside at all. We went for a special celebration, and ordered from the lunch menu, which is ever-changing with fresh seasonal produce. We were so surprised by the very reasonable prices for the lunch menu (12:30-2pm), and even more surprised after tasting the delicious food, which was definitely fine-dining! (1 Course £12, 2 Courses £17 or 3 Courses £20 + sides at £5 each). From the start the service was outstanding, and could not be faulted throughout our visit! Complimentary homemade bread rolls with truffle butter and small braised beef bites were a really nice touch and so tasty! Allergies and vegetarian options were very well catered for on our table. This is definitely a must for anyone living in or visiting the area, looking for a delicious meal and a lovely experience!
