The best ramen I've had in the UK, the broth was thick and rich. Also even though they are busy and popular, the staff remained politr and apologetic. You can't beat good service. Definitely worth a visit!

One of the better spicy tonkotsu ramens in the UK. Ramen egg was slightly overcooked but staff were friendly and I really liked that you could opt for dishes of different sizes (S, M, L). I went for the medium ramen as I usually cannot finish a whole bowl of ramen and that was the perfect size for me. Great hearty meal after a long day in Brighton and the Seven Sisters!

Unbelievably good. I ordered a small bowl of the spicy ramen in pork broth so I could try some of the sides (variety is the spice of life, right?)I got goemon karaage and shrimp gyozas as sides. The karrage in particular were absolutely delicious and were kind of sweet with a crunchy texture. Mwah!In addition to the amazing food, the hospitality is next to none. Staff extremely friendly and going out of their way to make sure you have an all round pleasant experience.Everytime I'm in Brighton, you'll get a visit from me. And I just love supporting local.

The best ramen I’ve found so far in Brighton. Proper ramen. Ramen broth needs to be rich and deep in flavour, almost creamy. This place does that very well.

My favorite restaurant in Brighton, authentic Japanese food! The prices are very reasonable, ramen were amazing, and staff was friendly! Really like the idea of small portion ramen so that I can try more dishes. Highly recommend spice miso ramen with wheat noodle. Definitely will come again when I travel to Brighton next time.
