Been here a few times now and never had bad food chips are one of the best in the area.the staff are very nice and polite

got pie and chips lots chips and very happy cos im huge and need lots food prefer kebab but thowt have a chaneg as good to have change also they dont keep fish in fish tanks which is nice i dont like it wen they do that as the fish can see and then see there m8s beiing fried wich cant be nce for fish to see and also must scare the fish

I have been going to this fish and chip shop for years. Very friendly family run business with fantastic choice, including desserts battered mars bars, twix etc. very good quality food, would definately recommend.

I've experienced many bad places around the area and down the South. However, this has to take the top spot for the worst place so far. Ordered at 12 minutes past midday and was told that the order was with the driver at 12:50. I live a 5 or 10 minutes drive away. At 1:25 i rang the place and was greeted with the shouting and screaming that previous reviews have mentioned. The lady was clueless and was certain it was not her fault. She said she would contact the driver and get back to me. I rang again 5 minutes later and she became more aggressive, shouting and saying that the driver said he was round the corner and had hung up on her. She then proceeded to do the same to me and hang up. I rang a third and final time, where she claimed that the driver knocked on the door and i wasn't there. When she realised it was a lie because i said i had been looking out the window the whole time. She then offered to recook and send the food. I agreed. The food eventually arrived 2 hours after ordering and was delivered by the places owners and not just eat. They must of realised and felt guilty that they lied and were in the wrong. This place will be shut down soon mark my words. DO NOT ORDER. EVER!

I have just phoned the restaurant to get a refund on an item that was missing & the call was awful, lady kept interrupting when I was trying to explain & the manager was shouting at me in the background. Do not order from this restaurant because if you have a complaint it will not be treated properly. The food was not very good either.FYI, I received my bank statement on 3rd August, the missing item was not refunded, we don't all do online banking, judging by the sour & sarcastic response to the review it will only damage your business, the food was awful & ended up in the bin, my review was correct & I will definitely not be ordering anything from you again.

I love getting my fish and chips from here. Always fresh to order, don't have to wait long, great size portions. The people who work there are really nice and friendly.

Whenever we fancy fish n chips we go straight to Hainault. Gorgeous fish, massive portions of chips and curry sauce to die for. Fast delivery always arrives HOT. The 20% discount is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Poorest fish and chips I have had in a long while. Greasy, flavourless and batter not cooked properly. Threw in the bin at point of picture taken........disgusting 🤮
