Absolutely shocking took up to the salad bar and the waitresses just slapped on the items I wanted no thought put into it she then gave us stale bread rolls but didn't ask if we wanted wholemeal or white after asking we got fresh rolls and butter the meal came out and it was dry never had ribs without sauce and chicken so dry wit couldn't be eaten trainee manager was helpful but didn't solve the problem yes the meal cost us £43 and it was a waste of money

We regularly travel here for breakfast as it is by far the best Harvester around. Tara usually serves us, she’s always happy and helpful! In summary an excellent breakfast accompanied by exceptional service, what more you you ask for?!

Have been here a few times. The manager who does not resemble Dave Myers of the hairy bikers whatsoever is always friendly and welcoming.Couple of minor things which let it down slightly, seems like they need a couple more staff. Waiting staff always friendly and running around like mad but means service is slightly impacted waiting to order waiting for plates to clean away waiting for bill etc. a lot of tables sit empty and dirty as staff are so busy they can't turn them around quick enough. Staff are so busy they can't be as attentive as they want to be to their guests.Second thing, the plates are always hotter than the sun but food is not. Suspect it sits under a hot light for a while before coming out to your table which heats the plate up to 1000 degrees but allows food to cool. Again, probably as there aren't quite enough staff that food sits out for a while before they can bring it to you.Carpet could do with a deep clean.Overall better than most Harvester restaurants, wouldn't take a lot for it to be outstanding as the location and view is great and the staff they have are great.

Long wait for drinks and food orders. Assisted salad bar is ridiculous and pointless and will probably be the death of Harvester. It was a Friday night and the place was empty...shows nobody wants the expensive meals and lack of salad bar anymore. 12months till bust I reckon. Best to avoid this one.

We have been three time to this place and it's slowly gone down hill. Most recently we had a disappointing Sunday lunch there. We made the mistake of ordering off their Christmas menu. My first choice of starter wasn't available so ordered garlic mushrooms that were deep fried and watery, pretty unpleasantso didn't eat them. I was then told that they had sold out of rotisserie chicken 15 minutes after we had eaten the salad, thr pigs in blanket were burned as well. I didnt fancy anything else on the menu so just skipped the main and had a dessert. My fiance ordered a vegetarian main option which we had to send it back as the main dish was burned and the veg was all over done, the potatoes were massively over seasoned. So she didn't eat a main either. My kids enjoyed their ribs and steak (which is part of the usual menu). The dessert was pleasant enough, but over all it was a very disappointing meal that combined with the grotty appearance just puts us off going back.

Flat bread wraps with crispy chicken. The salad was a bit in the skimpy side. the lime and mint cordial was a winner two lunches and two non alcoholic drinks for under 30

Took my 10 year old daughter and her friend out for a treat to the pier so decided to have lunch here. One of the kids lifted their burger to take a bite and luckily I spotted the mould all over the top of the burger. Staff were nice but the food is worrying.

An absolutely wonderful meal and the staff were first class.Friendly polite and knowledgeable they were very patient and watching them interact with other customers they were absolutely fantastic. The meal was really nice and we really enjoyed it very open restaurant with wonderful views of the Sea, Beach and Pier.I don't hesitate to recommend this venue and if you're in the area you owe it to yourself to check it out.Good but affordable food with friendly professional staff a credit to the chain.

Not the best harvester I have been to.Selection was very poor they had sold out of several things and choosing was hard as options were limited. The salad was fresh and the food was nice but service slow and the fact they didn't have several things has put the overall experience down for me.
