Great service, perfect food, very reasonably priced.

Obviously overpriced. Tried once and never again. Feels like they microwaved the food. Other Chinese takeaways do better than them.

As locals, we come to this restaurant fairly regularly because the food is great and the service is usually spot-on. But last night was completely different. For a start, the music was not what I would consider appropriate for a restaurant. Instead of being nice background music to set the mbience, it was the latest pop, which is fine if you’re in a pub, but not if you’re in a restaurant trying to have a relaxing meal. The second thing we noticed was that the service from our young servers was neither warm nor friendly. The young man spoke very softly so we could hardly hear him and made no conversation with us at all except to take our order, so it felt very transactional. The young woman was better, but when we thanked her for bringing the dishes, she didn’t say you’re welcome but rather said ‘that’s alright’, which I know is acceptable but isn’t really the correct response when serving customers. The third thing, we were served stale prawn crackers and I had to ask for them to be sent back and for freshly cooked ones to be served. The server who brought the fresh ones thanked us for letting them know the other ones were stale,but they should already know how long the prawn crackers have been sitting out in the open for, customer should not have to convey this information. Finally, a service charge was added to the bill automatically. I have to say I don’t like this, it should be up to me as the customer to decide whether the service is worth tipping or not. I usually always do, but that’s not the point. This was our go to local Chinese restaurant, but after last night‘s experience we’ll be looking elsewhere.

A pleasant Chinese restaurant. It has a traditional menu but the food is prepared well, with noticeably fresh ingredients and presented excellently. Good service and sensibly priced make it well worth a visit.

The first Chinese restaurant I went to, wasn't disappointed and will definitely be going again.Loved the food, great service and chilled environment, perfect for a casual date.The egg fried rice was enough for 2 people, didn't need to order 2 separate bowls of rice.

Annoying when you've based your night around getting food on your way home and fact it's 'open' is your happy place. Only to call and call and have no one answer and then walk into the actual restaurant to have everyone stare at you like you're mental before asking you to leave... Just lock your doors or say you're not open. Simple. Food great. Won't go back

What an awesome restaurant. Lovely staff and one of the best vegetarian set menus I’ve ever had. Everything was prepared to perfection and tasted heavenly. My favourite was the stir fried tofu and cashew nuts in yellow bean sauce which was amazing. Not too expensive either. I strongly recommend this place.

It was the first time that I visited this Chinese Restaurant last night. The food that they provided was excellent and with high standard. If someone like the Chinese food in Sichuan cuisine, they must definitely need to pay a visit there. In addition, the people there were very friendly and working politely for all the customers. The atmosphere there was also very good, you can spend a night there with your best friends or family members to enjoy the food and the drinks.

Impressive service, welcoming atmosphere and the food is amazing. Beautifully set tables, polite and helpful staff, plus the prices aren't too bad. Prawn crackers and fortune cookies on the house. Would definitely recommend!
