Wasn't great, waited ages to be served, staff didnt have a clue what they were doing, food was ok.

·

I actually went there as it had internet and printing facilities, which was important as the facilities where I am staying temporarily were patchy at best. I will drop in there for a coffee and a bite to eat soon. Very accommodating proprietess.

One of the best breakfasts in brighton in my opinion!

Really nice coffee, cakes and snacks. Reasonable prices, friendly staff.

·

Tasty food and wonderful, incredibly friendly staff. My nan is a regular and they all know her by name and ask how she is. Can't recommend highly enough if you're looking for a small and friendly cafe.

Lovely coffee & a free biccy too! Many thanks also to a kind man John for helping me with the computer!

I arrived at the cafe at 12:32.. I stood waiting to be served by a woman that was just standing still and glanced at me a couple of times. A few minutes past, still not been served. The next time the woman glanced at me I politely asked if they took card. I was rudely told NO by another woman and that I cant ordered any food as they stop serving at 12:30.I only wanted a bacon sandwich to go and was originally only 2 minutes late if that but stood about for a few minutes rudely being ignored. Without saying a word I walked out feeling very unhappy indeed. And not because they stopped serving food. That didn't bother me. There are plenty of other food establishments. It was their customer service or lack of a shall we say. Never have I been spoken to in such a rude mannerSo to summarise... the staff was extremely rude and come across as hostile and moody.Without even trying the food, just based on the customer service I'd rather starve than spend a penny in that establishment

This is our local community café. If you are coming to Woodingdean it is definitely worth popping in for a coffee or tea and a quick bite! You will get a warm welcome!

Would have been a lot better if it had been open after walking all the way down from Harris garage to find it closed for no apparent reason doesn't encourage trade when you have walked past a Caffe to get there only to walk half way back to get a coffee and bacon sandwich at another caffe
