KFC in Brighton and Hove

First time leaving a google review ever, this kfc is awful both times I’ve been I’ve randomly been ignored so I just end up walking out… would recommend avoiding

Sent the wrong food again. The food they sent was cold but to be fair it's the first time in ages that the chips were fully cooked, normally they are barely cooked properly. Worst chips or of all the fast food chain outlets and probably the smallest portion, not that it normally matters because they are so bad you don't want to eat many anyway, what are KFC doing?

I waited a full 10 minutes at the kiosk (at the front ) and still nobody took my order. The couple of guys bumbling around behind the counter moved about as slowly as the sloth from Zootopia. They seem stoned or suffering from severe low blood sugar and on the brink of a diabetic coma.After asking if someone could please take my order I managed to get served. The order was correct so I guess they earned a star, the chips were undercooked and the pepsi was flat 😔

Worst customer service plus the food looked like it was from yesterday. The original recipe was not crispy at all, it looked grilled, they gave me 10 chips and they were rude. Will never come back there!

When you are out and about you still need food and with KFC you know exactly what you are getting. Finger licking good chicken etc. mmmh lovely.

Would give the zero starts if I could! Chicken was raw in the middle! There was also a customer in there complaining before me!! Worse KFC I’ve ever had! AVOID!!!

Absolutely awful, waited 1/2 an hour for 3 meals and when I got home the gravy burger was missing the hash brown. £21 for bad service, crowded shop and they can't even get the food right.I don't particularly like KFC, but after this experience, I won't be going back again.Also, only some of the staff were wearing masks and as we, the customer, now has to, I'd have thought the staff should too. Not very covid secure.

I simple asked for plain chicken wrap on the till but the Indian looking girl got offensive and called her cologue to serve me l wasn't rude or anything else in plain sentence l just didn't want to have souce in it but her manner and behaving was extreamly rude the other girland serve nicely some one need to tell her about costumer service l dont think she know anything about it

So their gravy is just cold jelly? The chicken is stale and the fries are undercooked, just bad.

Ordered food from here via Uber Eats at 1pm, meant to be delivered at 1.30. No sign by 2pm, and was supposedly delivered. Tried more than 10 times to call them to find out where our food was. No pick up at all. Absolutlely shocking customer service. Will not be ordering from them again....
