We’d been meaning to eat at the Open Market for a little while and Kouzina didn’t disappoint. Succulent meat balls, indulgent aubergine, rich tomatoes sauce and fresh salad with lots of zest. A real gem, filling portion and so reasonably priced, with delightful staff too.

They don't have table service and go to order drinks to the till is a bit annoying. The food is good with a complete mix of ingredients. Not very recommendable

Such a friendly and welcoming Café and Restaurant! We've just stopped for a drink but the warm welcome by the staff and Owner will definitely make us come back for more. They were also very family friendly ❤❤❤

First time here. The chicken casserole was to die for! Service is top notch and prices reasonable. Generously sized and tasty americano. This is now one of my favourite places in Brighton.

Best Greek food in Brighton. Home made flavours. So reasonably priced. Lovely staff. We are locals who eat almost every week. Great vege mousakka. Large portion sizes as well!!

Would give 6 stars if I could. An absolute delight. Food better than I've ever experienced in Greece. And the prices are just jaw dropping. Me and my husband will definitely come back to this 'house of lovely flavours'

Simply can’t beat the food here. In my top 3 places to eat in Brighton with no questions asked. When it comes to Greek food in England the first few things that comes to mind are souvlaki and gyros. Don’t get me wrong they are both delicious dishes but in my opinion nothing beats the more traditional ‘home-style’ Greek dishes, that slip under the radar to a lot of the public. Kouzina does exactly that. Step inside their homely spot in The Open Market and you will sure be greeted with a warm welcome. The dishes are all freshly cooked that day and epitomise traditional, hearty Greek meals. Whether it’s the Seftalia or the Pastitsio, you will be served a portion size that will leave you full for the remainder of the day. Dishes are served alongside a delicious Greek salad, ensuring the balance of hearty and healthy is in full swing. A spot you simply have to visit.

Kouzina is one of the best lunch spots in Brighton. The food is delicious, great value and the service is always lovely. The mezze plate (meat or veg) is delicious - probably the best £6 you can spend in Brighton.

I really enjoyed my lunch there. Great spanakopita and the yogurt is absolutely fantastic. Service is very friendly and I really enjoyed the Greek music!
