Although the milkshake I got was good, it took then over 20 minutes to make it!

Took 15 minutes to be served a Coke. While I stood there and watched I saw delivery drivers being prioritised over present customers, and McFlurries just sat on the counter melting before being served to people. This is a really poor quality franchised branch of McDonald’s.

They're pretty quick and the staff are friendly, it can just get pretty crowded in there with all the delivery drivers and customers waiting around inside for their takeaway orders

The new McPlant burger is well over 90% perfect substitute for the real thing. Great visit, tasty food, hard working staff who are happy to chat. Great prices of course and food delivered to your table. Love it.

My big mac was cold, the kids chips were heavily salted, the drinks were T best 3/4 full and the upstairs was full of teenage wannabee gangsters. Would definitely not go back to this branch of Mcdonalds.

Service was slow, atmosphere wasn't family friendly and 2 groups of teenage girls were using the very small toilets as a place to get ready for their night out when my wife was trying to take our young daughters to the toilet. In summary, took the shine off a nice festive day out.

Literally the worst McDonald’s in Brighton. Every single time I’ve ordered from here at least something is missing be it the drinks, sauces or some how this time even both burgers from the meals we ordered. How can you forget to put in ‘apart from chicken nuggets’ the one thing your known for.

Worst McDonald's I've been in.Only went here to order 2 festive pies, could hardly move in there for all the orange JustEat delivery guys, with people not able to both make orders or pick up their order because of a wall of orange delivery guys in the way. If McDonald's want to do this much business with JustEat and Deliveroo etc, they should open up a dark kitchen in Brighton. The festive pies were disgusting, obviously cooked in old disgusting oil, covered in old black carbonised flakes of food. It was so bad I sent them both back for a refund, the only time I've ever felt like the need to ask for a refund in McDonald's.Trying to get a refund was also a pain. The first person I spoke to tried telling me the pies are meant to be like that, I told her I've eaten a few already from other McDonald's in the area and those ones weren't covered in black carbon or taste like bitter old oil. She begrudgingly went to her manager to ask him what to do, he told her "they're meant to be like that" 🙄 she came back and said her manager would give me a refund soon. I waited around for about 15 minutes while the manager ignored me until eventually he sent someone else over to hand me two £1 coins and sent me on my way. Not the way to deal with valid complaints, not the way to treat a customer, not the way to issue a refund and not even the correct amount refunded (it should have been £2.38). If I had the patience, I would have hung around even longer to get the rest of the 38p that was missing from my refund, but I just wanted to get out of the place.I went to the McDonald's in Churchill Square where it was less crowded, a lot cleaner, my order was almost instant and, oh look, a festive pie not covered in disgusting carbon and doesn't taste like bitter old cooking oil that's never been changed. You don't even need to my word for it, look at the other reviews of this place! Avoid at all costs and go to the one in Churchill Square instead!

Stood at the counter for 2 minutes while the staff had a chat about looking fat if you had your shirt hanging out .Then told "nah we ain't got no shakes "No notice or info of no milk shakes .Absolutely rubbish
