Meat Liquor in Brighton and Hove

Food was very good and the place is very cool inside. However food took nearly an hour . We had to book it on the app. As the server took over 20 minutes after getting our drinks before she came back to ask for what food we wanted. At which time we had ordered on the app. Also it's not cheap and when you are paying alot for food you expect service to go with it.

Awesome food. Great atmosphere. Very attentive staff. Would benefit from serving hot drinks.

Great selection of beers and cocktails, good service, some orders were a little slow to come out but seemed short of staff most likely for covid reasons. The cheese burger with salt and pepper fries were excellent. I was there on a stag do and the £60 cocktail he had was huge but tasty.

Really nice design and atmosphere. The food was good, I preferred the chicken burgers over the beef ones. However Service is a bit slow, the food took too long to get ready, and even the bill took too long to get to us when we asked for it. Overall a decent experience but won't recommend as you can get tastier burgers for a lower price in Brighton.

I've eaten here a few times now. Usually with kids in tow. Really good burgers. I had the Christmas special today, fried turkey with sprout slaw, it was amazing! Staff are always lovely too.

Great food, amazing atmosphere. A little long waiting time on food and drinks though, but it was pretty busy!

Visited in July and had the lunchtime time deal. £12.50 for burgers, fries and a drink.We stuck to the soft drink that were included but there was cans of beers available in the fridge and Austrian lager, Stiegl, on draught. Beers aren’t included in the meal deal though and are extra. They do a big range of cocktails too if you fancy indulging.Interior was awesome and a really good vibe about the place. I was right by a speaker so a tad loud on the music front but might be my age…or was still nursing a hangover. 😵Dead Hippie seemed a popular choice of burger and I had the Bacon & Cheese which was top notch.Chicken options on the full menu too if you fancy something different from a burger.

Good food, but the food took an age to come and the temperature inside was boiling. Luckily they did have seating out the front but we would have rather had an inside table than the evening buses.Enjoyed and would recommend the monkey fingers!

Amazing food and nice cocktails in a cool quirky place. Me and my partner visited for dinner during our holiday and the food was so good we ended up going for lunch the day after! Very tasty food and everything fresh lots of spice and strong flavours and the monkey fingers were so juicy! I’d say the price is about right for what you get and the service was also good. If you want somewhere cool to chill with american style tasty food this is the place to go

Amazing experience! The decor is so different and gives tattoo vibes. The food was unreal, so delicious. Everything about the experience was great, if you go to Brighton you have to check this place out.
