The staff in general were very attentive to our group. They helped me decide on a good meal while I server Lydia stood out and made sure we were catered to. Even in her busyness she kept us all pleased with a smile. Thank you all

I would recommend for anyone with gluten free or vegan dietary requirements. Really full menu for both and they're delicious- halloumi and sweetcorn fritters particularly delicious! I also find the staff friendly and it seems like they are taking extra precautions with allergens.

Very good food and service, although ordering through the app was a bit tricky, but there were nine of us, so we could live with it. The staff even looked after and served the birthday cake for my 17 year old for her birthday. I cannot fault the Modelo Lounge at all. Very enjoyable.

An excellent find. Excellent front of house staff and servers. Food was delicious and particularly enjoyed the kimchi with chips. Great vegan options. Impressed all round!!

The staff are amazing and really accommodating. The food is nice and there are lots of options for different dietary requirements. Its also really family friendly, they were great with a group of friends with babies.

Great food, atmosphere and excellent staff! Promised us a table for 2 and they did! Will always come back to this place for a little breakfast even if it’s at 2pm :D

Shambles waited 45 mins for a dry chicken burger and a dry beef burger with no coldslaw as they had run out. Wow what a disaster this place has turned out. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Visited Modelo a couple of times now, breakfast is nice,. They have two size options for either vegi or meat which is good. Had a burger there the other day, that was a pretty good chicken burger! Can get pretty busy in there on a Saturday, we gave been lucky both times getting a seat.

One of my avourite vegan eat in/out place in Brighton and hove! Amazing place for a vegan breakfast, full meal, salad or sandwich! Great friendly staff too. 10/10
