Does not deserve any star as we were sent hungry without any foods being served. After 45 mins of the order we were being told the chicken ran out and had to eat the leftovers for the price of 2 whole chicken we paid for.The whole attitude of the manager Ramone was frustrating as she didnt even bother to make up for the time we lost. No complementary food was offered and by the time we left it was already 10 pm where all the other resturants were closed. We had to travel to brighton and find other place to eat. Our whole new years eve plan was destroyed. Very disaster experience and Romane failed as a manager!!

Worst place to be… I dont even want to give any stars to this place as I used to like Nandos but not anymore.I went there in 31st dec around 20:45 and we ordered chicken as Nandos do that. We were 4 of us and we waited for it. We asked the guy to check our order as we were waiting for nearly 45 mins. The guy with the beard went to check it and said our ticket got lost and as it was a large order we placed there is no chicken left. We were really shocked as everyone else were being served their food and we asians were waiting for ours. The guy said he will give us the refund and bring whatever is left over as we waited for a while. He said he will check with the manager whose name is Ramune. She came over after 5-8 mins later saying the guy cannot decide what he can do as she is the manager. She was happy for us to leave considering it was an hour while we waited for food. She said she was really busy to notice anything but the restaurant was not busy at allAs most of the spaces was empty. She came and just said sorry that ticket got lost. All she can do is either offer a refund and we can go somewhere else to eat but everywhere is shut as it was 10pm already.Or she will not give us a refund but bring whatever is leftover and asked us to eat that. Firstly we are not beggars, we paid money for a decent food not to eat leftovers. Secondly Ramune did not even try to say we could order something else. It was either refund and leave the place or eat the leftovers. Everyone around us were being served food while we were not even given anything and just asked to leave. She was very racist as she did not even try to help us. At the end we could not wait any longer and just took the refund. I found her behaviour towards us rude and she was racist. She was not even apologetic as it was them who messed the order up and she did not even try to save the situation but made it more worse. She was inconsiderate and made the start of New Year worse.

Waited over 45 minutes for the food just to be told they were out of chicken! Never tried to make up for the waste of time or the inconvenience they created. This was the only Nandos we used to go while in Brighton but not anymore! Zero stars for the manager

The chicken is pretty good but the fries let everything down because they're obviously frozen fries and are really undercooked.Not bad but can be much better

Food arrived reasonably quickly and was easy to order through the website/app. Was a bit disappointed to see that when the waiting staff were waiting they were hanging around the food window where all the food was waiting, and they were leaning over the food talking to the chef whilst breathing over all the food, not even wearing a mask, not very thoughtful given everything that's been going on. We did have to wait to get in even though, the restaurant was only half full, and by the time we left they were seating people in the whole restaurant.

Food was lovely had to wait for a table when there. Were empty tables, we was told to wait outside and not allowed to wait in there outside space which again was quiet. So we had to sit outside till it rained and we asked again for a table. Once we were sat it was fine

Great service, delicious food. I had some grilled Halloumi sticks with dip as starter, yum 😋. My main course was 4 boneless chicken thighs with 2 regular sides. I had Spiced grains & butternut squash and Rainbow slaw. My new favourites. I love Nando's.

This is our second visit to this Nando’s, a great location in the harbour development with nice views out especially in the evening during sunset the sky can be stunning.Covid restrictions lead to waiting times unfortunately so you may have to wait to get in for a table.However, once seated we found the staff to be very attentive, couldn’t do enough for us which was nice.Food was constantly great as you would come to expect from Nando’s.

Great service, and great food. The covid restrictions make access to the restaurant more difficult and can be a varied delay.. However once you in, you won't regret it!
