Pizza Hut in Brighton and Hove

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and provided me with great food!

Not worth it. Last few times (and today) ordered and pizza is undercooked. You take a slice and all the toppings slide off it! It’s slimy and wet. Not much taste. Also, today one topping is missing. The last few orders have been extremely bad so today is final order and never again from this shop. The worst Pizza Hut delivery.Update: after one slice and 30min I’m not feeling well. All is going into bin now. WASTE OF MONEY!

Terrible food. Could not even finish one slice of pizza where it tasted so foul, and the one piece I did manage to consume made me and my husband extremely ill. Chicken was definitely not right as it had an awful smell to it as well. Contacted Pizza Hut direct to advise them of the issue and was completely fobbed off. Complete waste of money as I had to throw the whole lot away, and their food isn't exactly cheap!!! Will not use again.

We ordered 4 desserts which again were in dirty dishes.This was all so disappointing for us as a family,it was supposed be a treat for the kids. This is no longer a restaurant but more of a canteen with restaurant prices

Ordered the supreme chicken pizza which did not taste good. Chicken was quite terrible, tasted old or from poor quality chicken. They also added thyme which I really did not appreciate. A completely unnecessary ingredient that ruins the entire dish. Cheese bites were a tad burnt too. Disappointed.

Ordered from here today for 4 people. When the pizza arrived, the pizza was quite soggy and there was too much sauce. Also there was no garlic on the crust. We order from here quite often and have never had any problems until now.

The dough was raw and literally dripping in grease on both pizza’s (not fit for human consumption) I phoned the Portland rd, Hove branch to complain and they arranged to get the pizzas re delivered (I was happy about this as I understand this may have been a one off mistake) They arrived in good time however, they were also massively undercooked with raw dough!! Inedible and would not even feed to my dog. It appears they do not have any quality control measures before sending food out to customers!! I will not be re ordering from this Pizza Hut again as the quality is not what you would expect from a huge pizza chain!

I ordered a pizza from here for £17.49 with delivery, it was late and the pizza was small, myself and a friend had 4 slices each that works out at over £2.00 a slice, waste of money, hardly any cheese on the pizza , very well cook and greasy, poor quality. Never ordering from them again, and will not be recommending them to any of my many friends. One star is me being nice.
