Had a lovely evening out for my wife's birthday. Something different and all.... We had a great time! All staff including security were very polite and friendly. All acts were very professional and the host 'Dolly', was funny, 'Cracking voice too'....After the show, there was a DJ set for those to enjoy too. They quickly cleared the tables and made a dancefloor for some cheesy tunes for the guests to continue their celebrations.Only thing I would personally say is, there were quite a few breaks than expected and the service charge was very steep.(already read about this...).But, this had no heavy effect on the overall experience of the evening.Thank you for entertaining us 👍😁👯

Highs:Went here for a Christmas meal and cabaret show. Felt very well cared for. The food and cocktails were really delicious for the price and the venue is beautiful - the exterior of the building is very unassuming but the manager designed the interior in a classically decadent style so it is like stepping back in time!- Every staff member got a Covid test beforehand and even though they were short 11 staff after that, they still put on a brilliant adult friendly show with lip syncing, singing and even stripping. The outfits and performance quality were great.Lows:- The host performer, though a brilliant singer, could have created a more charismatic character to entertain us with.- The organisation is managed centrally by an office in London, and seems like they don't update or check the ticket booking system regularly. We had some confusion with the tickets because of this, unfortunately we arrived at the venue on the wrong day only to find it closed, but the manager was very understanding of the problem and looked after us. She let us transfer our tickets and approached us personally at the event to say hello.

Came here as a birthday treat and OMG would absolute recommend in a heartbeat , the service was excellent from entry to being shown to our table, throughout the night our waitress AVA was always on hand to order and deliver our drinks , she was polite and friendly , the 3 course meal was fantastic, the performers were absolutely fantastic kept us mesmerised throughout the evening .would absolutely book again.its an expensive night out but definitely worth it. Beware of the service charge on the drinks bill other than that get booking .

The entertainment was fantastic! Service was excellent and the food good. The bottomless cocktails were not great and more like punch so we ordered drinks from menu instead. It landed up being a lot more pricey than expected. The shows and service made it an enjoyable day despite that.

Had a fabulous night for a friends birthday. The staff and performers were excellent could not fault. However, whom ever owns this establishment needs to rethink his choices. An added £50 service fee. Yes £50! To the bill at the end which we definitely chose not to pay and NOT because the service wasn't fantastic, but because we found out none of the money actually goes to the waiters. There was then a 12.5% MANDATORY service fee on all drinks which is printed onto the menu - in small print obviously so watch out for that. I think this is absolutely wrong when it doesn't go to the people who are working hard for it. They get no tips, but the owner seems to be rolling in it! Alex proud (The owner, I just googled) is a big old scrouge McDuck. This definitely puts me off going back after speaking to the waiters and finding out that they seem really upset/frustrated about it too. I don't want to fund his lavish lifestyle so I won't be returning.

This venue is just exquisite! From the amazing door staff as you walk in, to the fantastic table staff who look after you very well, the amazing food and drink on offer and just the general coolness of the entire venue. Then there is the performers... Mind bogglingly talented human beings who throw everything into their performance and leave you electrified!Cannot thank you enough for giving me the best 40th birthday a man could possibly have and thank you even more for being exclusively you.Cannot rate this venue highly enough. I hope to come back for many years to come. Bloody love you guys X

Amazing night! Worth every penny and more. Each and every performer was a professional and incredibly talented. It surpassed my expectations!Arrival drink was less than desirable, a bright blue cocktail however, apart from that slightly questionable start the experience just got better and better. The wait staff were attentive, the food tasty and the atmosphere electric!Brilliant night!

We went for the drag brunch.. honestly would rather have not eaten or drunk! We had the vegan bento box which honestly tastes of nothing, and the "unlimited booze" is for one hour and is only for a punch drink that the staff didn't fully know what was in it!We were also initially sat behind a barrier squished next to the stairs, despite paying the same as everyone else.... luckily the people on the table in front moved and we got their table. The saving grace of it was that the drag Queens were fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. The cocktails that you had to pay for separately were good, although inconsistent with other customers getting passionfruit in theirs despite ordering the same thing, and the staff not giving us the prosecco that it was meant to come with. Also be aware that despite us paying in advance for tickets (including the food) they tried to charge us for all of it again.Would only go again if I had the option NOT to pay to eat..
