Very nice hotel with friendly staff. They have ok options for vegans for breakfast (for a hot breakfast you could have avocado on toast with a tomato salsa and they also have both soy milk and oat milk). The room was clean and spacious and it is just off the road going along the coastline meaning there was no traffic noise! I would happily stay here again next time I visit Brighton.

Lovely hotel, well positioned, just off the seafront. Central to walk around the best bits of the area. The room was very comfortable and use lovely soaps. The restaurant is very good. The staff could not do enough for us, made us very welcome and felt very special. The food was great. Would highly recommend. I would definitely revisit. It would be great if they had a returning guest discount or loyalty scheme of some sort.

Hotel du Vin generally has a winning formula, but I must admit this was my least favourite of the ones I’ve stayed in (7 to date). I mean, it’s all relative and it’s still a lovely hotel - Overall the common areas - bar, restaurant and reception were all lovely and quirky, but that didn’t work so well in the rooms, which by the nature of the building were of variable size.Stay was decent, but I think next time I’d prefer an internal room rather than the one off of the courtyard.

I stayed here during a recent trip to visit Brighton and catch up with friends, and found our stay to be a very nice experience. We stayed a massive Deluxe room, that was set away from the main hotel, it was very large with a great tub in the room - and a massive shower in the bathroom. The room ticked all the boxes for a nice stay, well decorated, well equipped, relaxing and quiet, which was my main concern staying in such a great location in the Lanes. We had some tasty food and drinks in the bar, and we found service throughout to be friendly and effective. Will stay again if travels bring me to Brighton!

Nice hotel in a good location just by the promenade. Friendly, helpful staff. The shower in our room was amazing and the breakfast offering is decent, although the buffet offering could be improved and tea/coffee (hot drinks) served at tables to help reduce congestion.

Excellent stay! The staff were so friendly and the room was brilliant. George at the bar made us feel very welcome and ensured we had the best experience whilst there.

We went for an afternoon tea which was a present from my daughter to my partner, and it was a little lackluster at best. They serve a decent range of Bird and Brew teas, but honestly that was almost the only good thing about it. The sandwiches were ok, but they had started to dry out by the time they reached us, they cakes all had a word grainy texture about them which made them a little unpleasant, the scones were a little small but fine otherwise. There was no offer of a sandwich refill. For the price (£22.50.each) I had expected more.

Good value rooms, friendly staff, lovely building. Comfy beds and not too much disruption from Brighton a Friday night. Room very clean but shower fittings a bit tired/moldy.

Quite literally the best events team I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We had a family wedding and George, Rory, Desi, Lucien and Freya were simply the best. Every detail was taken care of. If you are wondering where to hold your event. Go here and get George to run everything. You won't regret it. These guys are the very best in the business. Thank you so much!I really think George should be running the place! Thank you!

I had lunch with a friend at Hotel du Vin Bistro one Saturday back in July. We sat indoors, as the weather was wet. The bar and restaurant are nicely decorated with a very pleasant ambiance. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the Italian waiter who took very good care of us. We enjoyed chatting to him about Italian culture and the best places to visit in Italy. The food and drink was very good quality and nicely priced. Well recommended.
