This was a last-minute booking however this was one of the best Thai's I have had. We booked this on a Saturday afternoon for the Saturday evening to which only had one booking left which was lucky.The atmosphere is great and the food was even better. The staff were also very welcoming and made everyone comfortable. If you're in the area I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic for lunch! We had a mix of Vegan tapas - around 9 dishes - £43. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

There were so many vegetarian/vegan options! It was the best vegan Thai I’ve ever had. A lovely cute restaurant and the staff were very friendly.

Great service and atmosphere and the food and cocktails and drinks were amazing! Specially for a coeliac person this place is safe I can confirm as we had a party in our group who has had no problems afterwards and all safe and variety of options to choose from! For vegans and gluten free And the prices for Brighton it's quite good priced! The waitress was very nice and kind. Good portion sizes as well. Definitely going to be going there again! ❤️

Found Sabai by accident and luckily got a table as others were just leaving...so happy we did. The staff were so friendly and made a fuss of our toddler. The food was all delicious, from the mixed starter to the different mains we ordered. We agreed it was one of the best Thai meals we've had.

Amazing, casual and friendly experience. The female staffs were great and attentive. This was probably the best pad Thai I have ever had, even better than Another Hound in Thailand - the king prawns are insanely large and fresh. The papaya salad could do with more papaya.I also found a really tiny fly in one of the prawns of the pad Thai so perhaps more consideration on cleanliness of food.

Full disclaimer I've had some AMAZING thai food in my days so Sabai Thai could very well be a 4 star option for most people. Visiting with a group of 7 people and were welcomed with no issues even though we were 20 minutes late. Based on being beyond hungry I forgot to photograph the starters we got but both were pretty good (meat and vegan sharing platters ). For my main I got the king prawn pad thai and it was average. The peanuts and chili flakes were necessary as the flavor was a bit weak and was too sweet for my liking. The prawn were still in the shell and it there wasn't enough space for the shells on the plate. Also tried the Sabai Sabai drink and that was different, not overly sweet and the hint of basil was nice. Overall not sure I'd rush back but I would go again and try a curry.
