The beef was tender, the gammon nicely cooked too, you don’t feel pressured to move quickly once you have eaten and it is comfortable, the main downside is there isn’t quite as much variety in vegetables compared to some other carveries, still a choice just not varied.

We go here regular and order on the app from our table which is so much easier and more convenient especially if you're splitting bills. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff.food is always on point 👌

Visited on Boxing Day (2021) with a large family group. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food (a pre-booked festive menu) good value and tasty.

Since my first review below I went back this past weekend giving the place a second chance. Unfortunately the experience again wasn’t good.Me and my friend ordered a standard carvery the amount of meat we got was in all honestly disgraceful. We’ve got not even 100gr of meat. I got an extremely thin slice and it was gone in 2 small mouthfuls, my friend was the same.I gave this place a second try and still not a good experience, now I can say for sure that we will not return.**I will return when things get back to normal the current system is not efficient.We went yesterday around 4:30 the place was 90% empty after we downloaded the app, ordered and paid, we had to wait around 20 minutes to be called for the food.Basically now people have to wait until the chef calls you to the carvery counter. We couldn’t understand why we had to wait so much when the place was pretty much empty (3 tables were already eating when we got there).At the carvery counter you can’t serve yourself you have to tell the chef what you want and how much, to me already very uncomfortable.If you want more vegetables you have to tell the waiter, then she tells the chef, then the chef comes to the table and asks what you want and then he brings it. You can’t possibly choose how much or change your mind.The whole system to me simply takes away the joy of going to a carvery I was uncomfortable and if it wasn’t for my friend I would have gone before even ordering.

Popped in for a breakfast and boy was it nice, food was hot and had plenty stocked in the buffet. Staff on shift where pleasant and happy to help.

From the time we got there to the time we left it was lovely the welcoming and service was amazing. We had Shani serve our table and she was 10/10 😇 thank you for that Shani, the guy that served us our roast was great too was not holding anything back he dished that delicious Garmon 😜🍽 very well thank you to the chef too that meat was so nice.

Cheap and cheerful. Don't attend late for a carvery, as the last bits aren't as good. I used the app to order and ended up waiting for quite a while. Not the staff's fault; they are nice.

Perfectly good place for a Sunday roast, with the family, your partner or your friends. They have a Dart board and an ATM which unfortunately does charge £1.75 to withdraw but never the less. They have TV's and have the football on so if your a fan then its ideal. The food is good, 5* hygiene rating which should fill you with confidence.During my visit we were waiting to be seated as per their sign but no one came to us, but I can understand as it was a Sunday and they seemed to be understaffed and they didnt have any beef out, so just stuffed myself with Gammon.But £9 odd for a carvery on a Sunday a done deal in my opinion.
