Spontaneously went here on a little date night and we will definitely come back. Amazing and delicious food (especially the tiramisu as a desert) and great selection of wines. Loved the staff/service and very reasonable prices as well. Can only recommend!

It is good that the containment barrier is still in place. Handmade pasta is very chewy and delicious, whether it's pasta with tomato and seafood or pasta with cream of mushroom. It's a big portion. The owner was very friendly. The environment is nice and quiet.

The best Italian I've ever had. I came in from the US for a visit with my girlfriend and we happened on this place while we were wandering for something to eat. The atmosphere is perfect for a nice intimate dinner. And the food did not let down either. I don't remember the name exactly but we had the Fusilli with Piccante e Salsiccia and when I say that the portions were huge and the flavor extraordinary it doesn't do it justice. Its definitely the top of our date night list. Desserts and wine selection are amazing as well!

The food was excellent, the staff were delightful, and above all else the experience as a whole was second to none.The menu could do with some visual work, as there's spelling errors and looks a little dated, which would be the cherry on the cake. But the moment you walk through the door you're delivered a premium experience.

I came here and ate with my flatmate and we absolutely LOVE the food.We ate an amazing Fusilli with Piccante e Salsiccia the best pasta you can eat in Brighton! If you wanna try the really Italian pasta you have to came to Semola.Thanks in particular to Luca is An amazing person!!!Defitly we'll be back again!!Ciaoooooo

Hidden gem! Absolutely gorgeous food! Cosy and cute place for a date. Reasonably priced for quality food 😍. I'm not a local but I will definitely be back!
