Siam Siam Thai Restaurant in Brighton and Hove

Highly recommend this restaurant as one of the best places in the city to eat out.Yesterday evening, one of the busy Saturday evenings as always my friends and I were searching a good Thai restaurant to dine out. Most of the places were fully booked. Finally walking along Preston St. towards the seafront was where we found our best choice with a lovely-friendly warm welcome by Siam Siam staff. Their food and services were so delicate even though they were in rush hours, the restaurant was full of customers. On the menu there was a good assortment of food which looked so yummy! making my mouth watering, like herbal fish dishes or aromatic Thai curry. As many good selections they have, I couldn’t make my decision until I laid my eyes on noodle section where I chose Prawn Pad Thai as my main. That was so awesome! never like anywhere I’ve tried in Brighton. The flat rice noodles coated in its light golden brown and sweet-sour sauce was so soft and moisture, with its slightly ‘Al Dente’ texture together with a soft prawn once chewing sent ‘Umami’ taste all over my palate.Strongly suggest just before start eating, sprinkling some roasted ground peanuts and drops of lime juice, mixing it well while the noodle’s still hot makes the taste even more perfect. My starters were so impressive. Papaya salad and fish cakes were fresh-prepared and home-made. Definitely! we’ll come back.

My friends and I had a lovely experience here on a Friday night. The servers were so nice and efficient. We ordered starters and mains and everything was unbelievable. I was still thinking about how delicious the food was for days afterwards! I liked how the staff came to check up on us every now and then but were not too overbearing. I can't wait to come again and try more of the menu.

The ambience was so welcoming and homely. The food was very tasty. It was exactly what I needed spicy, thai and with a hint of Chinese. The preparation of food was spot on. The quantity provided is also a lot. I would definitely recommend this place again & again.

Very good Thai food here, full of flavour and made how you like it. Good for vegetarians too. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. I recommend you book at the weekends as its very popular. They will definitely be seeing me again

Excellent find whilst wandering up from the 360 x food was great can recommend beef pineapple fried rice and jungle curry x lovley service from the girls

Always incredible flavours - best Thai I’ve tried in Brighton for sure! The curries are amazing and the Tom yam was delicious. Our fave local Asian restaurant.

Harry and his sister provided great service when my family and I visited the restaurant. The food was exceptionally prepared to the highest standard. Very impressed, keep up the good work!!!

Lovely restaurant, very festive looking and had alot of nice oriental decorations 😊 the food was amazing, like we were eating in Thailand 🇹🇭 the parking was abit difficult, bear in mind it is permit holders only 9am to 8pm everyday... friendly staff and very helpful! Lovely place ❤

What can I say, wasn't the best for what we paid.Everything looked the part but quality of food was below standards. I ordered prawns with my meal, yet I was given beef? I didn't want to complain because we were in short of time for out next event but shocking.Music was very loud too, didn't understand why..If you want a quick Thai meal, sure, otherwise, move on.
