Small Batch Coffee in Brighton and Hove

Excellent tasting coffee which took us all by surprise. Great taste and warm and friendly Barista to top it all off. Would recommend popping in for a brew and cake.

The place is great, a bit on the expensive side. Shame they don't do triple espresso.

I’m giving this place 3 stars for coffee. But the breakfast was really bad this weekend. Cold Shakshuka we waited ages for. Cold tomatoes and peppers with hard poached eggs on top? For £30. Honestly I should have sent it back. Go for coffee and pastries but I wouldn’t risk breakfast again

Small batch has a good rep in Brighton and hove.. Good rustic interior and all the coffees with all the milks etc.. However it depends who you get served by. My cappuccino was just warm milk... Zero foam.. Disappointing guys at 3.00 a cup.

Small batch has been my go to cafe for the last 7 years now! Coffee is amazing, food is great, staff is lovely and the atmosphere just tops it off! Highly recommend

Nice coffee, limited dining options in Seven Dials branch and staff are not overly friendly in contrast to Western Road outlet. Love the idea of converted bank building.

Nice café with a small selection of dishes. The staff were very friendly and service super fast. However, I'm not sure why they serve eggs benedict deconstructed like this? It's very pretty, but really not practical to have to move around the poached eggs and everything to build the dish yourself.The english muffin was also untoasted, so a bit soggy and stodgy, unfortunately.I think other dishes might be a better idea at this place.

I mean the pictures speak for themselves - breakfast disappeared quickly. Well presented products and good coffee. The inside of the shop could do with a makeover upstairs with the pleather seats worn through, not quite the right height and generally needing some cash spending.

Usual SB quality. Friendly staff. Tasty handfood. Great coffee. Loose tea. Easy access.Dogs welcomed.

Legendary place glad to finally visit but unfortunately at the end of the day so could only sample coffee. It was quite weak and hot for my liking but could see staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Trendy location. Wouldn't put me off visiting again ..
