Smashburger in Brighton and Hove

Great food, clean comfy seating . Easy to order. Milkshakes are amazing, one of the best burgers out there. Just a bit expensive but I suppose they are just keeping up with everyone else.

Been a regular customer! Some staff are from good to outstanding and provide excellent customer service. Given my frequent visits a member of staff actually recognised me and offered me a small discount which I found very pleasant and welcoming. On an alternative visit sadly this member of staff wasn't around which made me sad. I was a regular but after my journey with no discount I was rather upset

We asked for removing the red onions from the burger as we were strongly allergic to it. They didn't seem to care and I just took the red onions out ourselvles :( To be honest, burgers were good and fine but one star due to ignorance.

Went to The Woods in Worthing but inverse to their Google info....they were CLOSED. Best thing they could have done for me as now I have discovered Smash Burger I've travelled and had burgers in a lot of places but theirs are at the top of the burger tree. Sumptuous, moist and delicious. Lovely crumbly patties with plenty of cheese and stacked with salad and sauce in a soft brioche bun, completed with a good portion of soft sweet potato fries with that crisp exterior. I would suggest that if you are reading this your contemplating a visit......just GO!!!!

4/6/22 - Fantastic first time at Smashburger. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful (and patient!) with our large group today. Food was very fresh, delicious and came promptly. Thank you again to all the staff who gave us a great experience today!

Nearly £30 for two burgers, and they couldn't even be bothered to deliver them. Small business thrives on repeat custom. This one seems to have travelled up its own rectum and beyond, both with pricing and forgetting the value of customer service

Great quality burgers and the portion of fries is really generous. The unlimited soda machine was 'out of order' when I visited and so ended up paying a silly price for a single bottle. Other than that though, it was great. You order at the counter but then they bring the food to your table once cooked.

Be weary of ordering via Deliveroo or other delivery service. Bags are flimsy brown paper, boxes do not seal well and fries are not wrapped so arrive cold. Mine was handed over by delivery driver and the bottom of the bag tore open and contents dispersed over my driveway. I’m a great advocate of recyclable packaging and saving the planet but please provide SUITABLE packaging for your food

I LOVE Smashburger. Their burgers are tasty and juicy. I always order more than I can eat when I go. I like the customisation menu too. Milkshakes are really good and soft drinks are free refills. They also serve select alcohol beverages as well. Staff have always been really good too.There service is a little different due to corona, they take your order and its brought to your table as if it was takeaway, in bags and boxes etc. Instead of the usual trendy metal trays. Doesn't bother me though. It was all tremendous!!

Insane food served quickly in a fast food style setting, but with all the feel of a gourmet restaurant! The burgers were absolutely incredible; fresh and delicious, and stacked high with toppings! The fries were also devine, with the Cajun seasoning really packing a punch to the pallette! The milkshake was amazing too, with generous amounts of whipped cream and sauce on top! Overall, the portion size of both the burgers, sides and drinks were top notch, and the prices for individual items is more than reasonable. Definitely recommend and will definitely be returning in the future, and it's good to see Smashburger have a number of locations around the UK!
