Spice Bros in Brighton and Hove

We have been using Spice Bros for years now, but last night they delivered meat-filled samosas when we ordered vegetable ones.We have both been vegetarian for over a decade now, and this mistake wasn't realised until we had bitten into the samosas. Both of us were put off our meals as a result of this and won't be using Spice Bros again.I didn't bother to ring up to complain as the samosas cost £4 and we will instead just stop using them completely (and I'd seen the other reviews re: lack of customer service and decided I didn't want to deal with someone rude after what had been a very long day).

Excellent lamb shank shatkora. Lamb so tender. Mixed starter best we've had. The deal is brilliant and staff lovely and very efficient. Highly recommend

Insanely brilliant. We had a group of 18 for a delivery. The man on the phone was brilliant in taking out order and then 2 cars turned up with every dish spot on, hot and very tasty. Highly recommended.

Delivery time at the beginning of the stated limit however food wasn’t bad but could definitely be better considering all the good reviews. Not sure what quality of curry people have had before leaving these comments but they should maybe explore some more options so they understand what a good curry should be like.

So disappointing, shocking service. It seems if you question something they've forgotten off your order they blacklist you and say you requested a full refund when that never happened and no refund was received, odd bunch. We've ordered for over 2 years and had food left off our order numerous times and called up to say where is our food we have paid for to be basically told we are making it up and made to count items when we have hungry people waiting to eat. However has always been agreed to refund previously. Apparently if they mess up your order and you call up to get it sorted out you are rude and worthy of blacklisting. Such odd behaviour and a waste of everyone's time, very strange way to operate.

Really strange behaviour.We have ordered from here for 2 to 3 years. After waiting nearly two hours they failed to deliver one of our main meals, when we called them they were really rude, making us count the meals to us over the phone (pretty annoying).They then apologised saying "add this to the notes on your next order and we will sort you out".It seems they are angered that we got a refund from uber eats for the dish we didn't receive as we just tried to order again and they have said we are blacklisted.We called them and the owner said we had had a "heated exchange". We didn't see it that way as we were willing to order from them again. We made a just complaint that we thought had been dealt with.What a strange way to treat people. Really 🤔

A great place if you're hankering for some top quality Indian cuisine! The food was amazing, the service was great, as well as the complementary poppadoms, dips, and after 8's!Shout-out to our server, Siddica, for making us feel at home, and providing us with exceptional service! She deserved the tip, and we'll be happy to make a return at a future date!

Now our favourite Indian restaurant. Food and service is great. Very reasonable cost and take away is as good as eat in. Out side can let it down a bit but the food is amazing so worth ignoring it.

Always excellent service, super tasty food and generous portions. It's the small touches that keep me coming back. Don't change spice Bros. Best curry house in Brighton hands down 👌

Great tasting Indian food, glad I found this restaurant. Chicken Dansak was excellent and Tarka Dhal was full of flavour & not a watery mush like I’ve had in other places. Mixed tandoori starter was succulent and spicy. I will definitely be ordering again. Thanks for an excellent meal Spice Bros!
