Sushi Garden in Brighton and Hove

It's a very good restaurant. This is really very good quality, and authentic Japanese.We have come back two evenings in a row. It's exceptional. Very good low sulphur wine is very nice. Very drinkable.Location is average, the place looks average, but the chef is a bloody foood samurai! It's worth finding this place!

My partner took me here yesterday for my birthday. We were drawn in by the beautiful atmosphere (and subtle soft music) and stayed for the incredible food! Absolutely loved it. We highly recommend the chefs choice sashimi, and the London London roll was a gift to our taste buds! Sooo good!The waiting staff were also really friendly and had great recommendations. Beautiful sake and Oolong tea.Can't wait to eat there again!(Heads up, book a table!)

Ordered the Eel Bento with Salmon Sashimi and i thoroughly enjoyed it. Salad was refreshing to have with fatty fish and it was fairly priced for location and portion size. Would recommend 👍

Great restaraunt, prob the best sushi in Brighton I ever had

Best sushi in Brighton, very fresh and tasty! We had a very welcoming and lovely Sunday’s evening here! You could see the sushi being made and the chef is very professional too! His attention to detail is wonderful too! The wait staff is very polite and welcoming! Highly recommend to others who love authentic Japanese food!!

Really tasty food from this Chinese and Malaysian restaurant. The restaurant is open and tables not on top of each other, given room to talk and enjoy. The staff are really, really attentive and friendly, very good choice on the menu. Very reasonable prices as well. Nice find in Brighton.

The sushi was nice but the staff was okay. She wasn’t that friendly as I can’t spicy food or sauce and I told her to take the spicy sauce out and she said not possible as it is already made in it. But I saw other person making sushi from fresh which was weird why she could not take it out. And the other set dish that I wanted but has spicy sushi which I wanted to change, she said not possible to change. Whereas when I go to other sushi places they do that for me. Which I was disappointed because this place could not do it. But anyway food was delicious.

A really nice sushi restaurant with fresh food and a pleasant atmosphere and nice wooden decor. I'm not the biggest fan of sushi but this one was great.

Easy to get a table for 2 at the last minute on a Friday. Lovely food, large portions and great service. Really enjoyed our evening. Will definitely return.

Well, it is not a bad place. They have amazing drinks there - I loved their Jasmin tea. I was a little disappointed with sushi flavour. I ordered rolls with cheese, and it felt like I had a rice roll with cream cheese and a little bit of fish. Same thing encountered my partner ordering a roll that was swimming in wasabi mayo... Which was a little bit too hot for him (he loves spicy food and had a trouble to finish the roll).I must praise Chef's teardrop roll though - never ate sushi with a hint of applesauce ever and it was great.I hope to come back there one day and have a better food experience.
