The Blue Anchor in Brighton and Hove

The food was excellent. I had the yellow Thai curry, which was superb. My husband had the green Thai curry and loved it too. At £9.50 per meal it was good value. Oh and the staff are really friendly as well!

This will be a partial post, as I was performing at the venue. However, the staff was extremely great. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the food.As a person that was not a regular or a local, I was welcomed with open arms by both the staff and the patrons.The venue is right on the seafront. I really want to go back down and explore the area more, and order some food from them! But they're very hospitable and have a great local crowd.

Brilliant little pub. Plenty of drinks to choose from. Staff were excellent, friendly little pub,locals easy to get on with. Pool table. Very clean. Had a great experience would definitely go back if in the area.

Over charged by £4 on a round of two drinks unknowingly until bought exact same drinks on second round.When questioned the staff with proof of receipt on phone banking app it was dismissed and ignored.

Good atmosphere for a gig. Standard beer selection and reasonably priced. Excellent Thai food

like it here a lot came here bfore getting pie and chips on way home came with my m8 from shoreham and he like pub and he nows cos he nows all proper pubs in shoreham and he thinks this is a nice proper pub

Absolutely fantastic meal, with great starters. We had the sea bream/bass, crispy duck, and mixed seafood: all very tasty (though the seafood stir-fry could have done with a little more fish), but all in all one of the best Thai meals I have eaten round here. We will be back!

Nice pub that offers Thai cuisine. The food is really good and very reasonably priced and portioned. Good selection of wines and other drinks. Staff were very friendly, will definitely visit again.
