This is the review for the non-vegans amongst you - as someone that eats mostly plant based but not exclusively I have tried many plant-based substitutes with varying levels of success. No Catch stands alone, far out ahead of most exclusively vegan restaurants. To the average omnivore, you'll be pleasantly surprised by their wide range of options, all with their own unique flavours and textures. We had the Smoked Haddock, chicken drumsticks and battered sausages. On the side we had the curry sauce and tartar, both delicious. The fish was flakey, perfectly crispy without being oily and placed on a bed of thick cut crispy chips. The drumsticks were coated well, nice and crunchy but also moist and chewy. The battered sausages were stand out - herby, crispy and juicy.Overall, No Catch is an outstanding choice for anyone looking for an ethically sourced fish and chips experience, regardless of your dietary choices. A special shout out to Kevin our waiter, who went above and beyond and made our experience feel very special.Highly recommended.

Finally got try it. I haven't had fish for over 6 years. . Was very nice :) I wasn't expecting close smell and taste..was very close to the 'real' one. The tartare sauce wasn't really a sauce and for me the dill was way too much. Other than that we enjoyed our dinner :)

Ive been wanting to come here since it opened so as soon as I had the opportunity to come to Brighton, eating lunch here was top priority. I wasn't disappointed. Me and my youngest had the cod and it was sooo good. My husband had a saveloy and oldest child had a battered sausage. All were great. Really nice environment, great food and all ethical- what's not to love!

I had the vegan fish and chips. I genuinely couldn’t believe it wasn’t fish, it tasted just like it. The chips are incredible. I will definitely love to go back again and try the other options.

Best vegan fish and chips ever! We had cod/haddock with chips - great taste and texture for both. The popcorn shrimp was nice and delicate and the calamari tastes like the real thing. Will come back again! Also great friendly staff - what more do you need?

The best vegan fish and chips place, I also had the battered saveloy which was super yummy and a must have. The tofu fish bites with tartar sauce was exceptional. I wasn't too keen on the curry sauce but all other food was awesome and I can't wait to go again. They have lots of indoor seating, super friendly staff and general it's a nice atmosphere.

Beautiful vegan and gluten free "fish" and chipsWe have really enjoyed our meal today. The service was really good, the staff explained us all the options and was very attentive with my gluten intolerance. The meal was really tasty and filling. Such a brilliant idea. The chips were outstanding. Everything was recyclable. We will definitely come back !!Lots of love for business like this

Incredible food & wonderful staff. The one and only thing I would change is the chips - they are restaurant standard chips not chip shop chips which is a bit of a shame. Still delicious, don't get me wrong, but if they're trying to take on the traditional fish and chip shops in the area the chips need to be takeaway style not restaurant style.Wouldn't stop me eating there every day for a week though 🤤
