The Chilli Pickle in Brighton and Hove

Excellent food, service and location. The best chai I've had in the UK and also great variety of vegetarian and vegan food! Will definitely be visiting again!

Simply some of the best Indian cuisine around. Just delicious, varied, and very fresh. And not expensive. Plus friendly service and a great atmosphere. We'll be back every time we're in Brighton.

Really good allergy help. Menu is clear about allergies and they changed a couple of dishes so we could eat them, and they were still tasty. Its a little loud in there but good fun if that's what you fancy.

Absolute delight!We walked in and were quickly seated and without a booking were given 1 1/2hour seating which we didn't mind. The place got packed shortly after and it wasn't even 6pm yet. The service was excellent very patient and polite. The food was top notch with proper flavours and portion! We ordered the chicken wings, cauliflower for snacks and kadhi and chili naan. Everything tasted sensational especially the Kadhi! Would happily travel from London to Brighton for dinner at The Chilli Pickle again.

Fantastic food and fantastic experience. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Even going as far as to give advice on how best to eat certain dishes like the Gol Gappe. Food tasted great and were infused with amazing spices without being too fiery hot. We could enjoy the mix of spices and the great flavours without having our heads blown off (this is coming from chilli lovers by the way). Great outdoor seating with heaters. We will definitely be returning here. Having eaten at loads of Indian restaurants I would say that this one is up there with the best! Can't wait to return!!!

Lovely Indian food, would recommend the lamb ribs and the duck and mutton curries!! Sooo tasty. Tom hodges was super friendly and very helpful, thank you! Will definitely be back.

Standout taste of Indian food!! The non veg options are better than the veg ones, and the evening menu is heavy on the former. The place is heavily booked and packed, so reservations recommended. Interiors (Indian) theme is on point. Service is very good with knowledgable, warm and efficient wait staff. Coming back for the lunch Thali next time!

We enjoyed our meal here it was tasty....authentic....cooked and presented well....polite and friendly service....and lovely interior....we had Tandoori smoked chicken Tikka ....Jaipur chilli mutton....onion Bhajis with mandarin and mango chutney.....garlic and corriander Naan......onion Bhajis were amazing crispy just how I love them.....the whole meal was just loverly and we look forward to return.

Fabulous food, such a variety- would recommend the Gol Gappa! Tried the new Orange and Ginger cocktail that had chilli along the rim of the glass, bit too hot for me but without any fuss this was replaced with an identical cocktail minus the chilli- This is just an example of their customer service which was above and beyond- super helpful and friendly..
