The Cleveland Arms in Brighton and Hove

Very nice boozer and very typically Brighton. They have a really nice outside area which they have done up in a cozy and intimate fashion. Well worth enjoying a beer there.

Food was really flavoursome and tasty but really not the sort of quality that matched the price.The chips had no potato contentOne if the meals was fresh from the microwave- some mouthfuls were steaming, others were stone cold.All in all, very pricey for food and drink that makes you say "meh"

Excellent food, love this place and close to home. Service was a bit slow though, maybe because it was a Sunday. Didn't bother us, but maybe others

Incredible roast. Fabulous quality ingredients. Every item tasted delicious. Fantastic service and surroundings. Landlord is such a nice chap. Goes over and above. Brilliant.

We made a last minute booking for 12 people (6 adults & 6 kids) and the staff coped amazingly. Great service, food was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning :-)

14 of us for a family birthday Sunday lunch. Food was wonderful ( We all a roast ) loads of it , piping hot etc. Service was great , very attentive and very friendly....Don't hesitate just go there , its fantastic. KJW

Stumbled on this place last sunday and the place was very full but they still found us a table. Had the most amazing roast lunch I've had for a long time!! Very cute location and very friendly staff. Can't wait to go back!!

Went for a Sunday Roast - delicious.We ordered the lamb roast, which was amazing, the lamb was so tasty and melted in your mouth, the potatoes were slightly dry so we had to ask for more gravy. The veggies on the plate were also cooked so well, and the Yorkshire pudding was perfect.For dessert we had the apple and berries crumble, so tasty and a perfect way to end the meal.

Fantastic local pub with friendly, helpful staff. The food is delicious - they won an award for the best roast in the UK! They are currently delivering drinks during the lockdown which is fantastic as they sell plenty local ales, wines and spirits.
