The Cow in Brighton and Hove

I had a great roast here. The people who own these pubs all around Brighton n Hove have done a tremendous job of preserving our pub culture and saving many pubs that would have fallen by the wayside.

Seems decent at first and willing to pay the extra that comes with a premium bar but the staff killed the vibe we’d built up through out the rest of Brighton.Treated like children and spoken to rudely by student staff. Very weird and very disappointed.

I have to say for a pub that do Thai food, this is probably one of my favourite place to go. Drinks is what you expected from a pub, nothing to complain. I’ve been here quite often just for the food really.

Clean and spacious pub, and the pad Thai was one of the best. Which I found surprising for a pub. You must try it.

Nice venue, friendly staff and great Thai food. However the bad drain smell is really off putting. Hits you as soon as you walk in. It’s been this way for months and needs sorting.

Great food but be prepared for a bit of a wait. Nice place. Dog friendly 🐕

Fantastic food - we were pleasantly surprised as it always seems chill (not always the best sign in a city like Brighton). Staff is lovely and so is the decoration of the place (great for nice pictures if you're into that).

Splendid drinking hole. Lovely staff. Tasty drink well served. Spotted a pigeon with a dropped wing under one of their tables. They rescued it and it was taken to a vets. I say again, lovely staff 😄

This is our local bar. It has a wonderful atmosphere. Great music, delicious food and cool staff. Special thanks to JJ being super friendly.

A little tucked away from the main streets, which was nice. Great beer. The atmosphere was more of a wine bar than a craft beer pub. Cool decor in the bathrooms.
