The gladestone is right at the bottom of the road would you believe it I love this pub as I’m able to get a cheeky pint in after coming back from doing the local shoppingNice friendly atmosphere tends to have lots of students but it gives the place a youthful feel

Went there on a Saturday night out, it has decent pricing as well as live music and a fun atmosphere, the size allows for a large number of people both inside and outside and had a solid selection of beers

Looks like an old man's pub from outside but it's great once you're in. Lovely staff and cracking beer garden out the back. Will definitely be back. Didn't visit loos so can't comment.

A great venue for live bands of all genres of music, food is ok (but I get the feeling that that's not what it wants to be known for), because it's in the center of Brighton you will have to hunt for free parking, large present rear outdoor seating area, that can get packed when bands are playing, there is also seating outside at the front.
