First time and certainly not my last. Immediately went for the cocktails and for a staff member that’s only been there 6 months, they absolutely smashed these cocktails! Nice range of drinks, they can cater to your needs if you prefer something sweet or sour. I had The Bees Knees which was done perfectly!

One cracking sunday roast!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and a nice drink aswell, worth a visit if you are in Brighton.

Came here with the intention to have a few cocktails. The bartender recommended a Gin Lychee as we couldn’t decide on what we wanted to drink. Unhappy with the taste and asked if we could get a different drink instead to what we were told that if it’s already been paid for and we’ve tried it there is nothing they can do. £20 down the drain. Drink definitely not worth the price and customer service also poor!

Stumbled across a great find, with friendly staff serving amazing cocktails.

We visited The Mesmerist in September as a group of 18 for a Hen Do bottomless brunch. We all had a really lovely time with our drinks being topped up regularly and amazing food that was served quickly. The Bride-To-Be had an allergy to one of the main drinks on the set menu but the staff very kindly tweaked it slightly so that she could still enjoy the bottomless brunch.I'd recommend the food in general as it really was delicious! I had the avo on toast and loved it.Overall we had a really great time at the Mesmerist, and all the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend!

A really nice bottomless brunch, not stingy at all with the drinks (although a few different options would have been nice as only mimosa or Bloody Mary!) the food was delicious and service (with Hayley) was friendly and quick. Would go again :)

£4.15 for a pint of brown tinged water. I asked for coke, it came out of a Pepsi dispenser and it tastes like water with a dash of pepsi. Oh, and mostly ice.Great venue though. Lovely, heated, roof terrace with deck chairs and music.

Great veggie and vegan options. Very flavourful. The only thing I would say that I didn't like is the plate/bowl thing it was in. Felt like a dog bowl. I presume it may be something to do with covid, so maybe they usually have plates. Other than that lovely.

Love the vibe and music in this restaurant. I ordered the full monty and gin and lychee martini. Both not bad though for the price is a bit higher compared to the taste and serving size. Would go back again though
