I love this pub and my wife booked her retirement drinks there. Heaven. Great beer and the staff are brillliant as always. One of the very best in Brighton for cask and the gigs in the room above - eclectic.

Great beer.great soundtrack.Friendly staff.Open fire.Plain wooden interior. Our visit coincided with a man dressed in worker chic, being interviewed by a German TV crew.Perhaps he had painted the outside. He was a local.i.e.from London.

Stopped in for a couple after visiting the model museum across the road, nice little place, cosy, friendly staff. Drink selection was decent too.

Great pub and music venue. Right by Brighton train station. Very handy. My daughter had an album launch party there...the INDYA band. And 2 other female heading bands . Fab atmosphere, good ales, clean toilets,

Great little live music venue. Got few real ales on. Well worth popping in for a decent pint of ale

Friendly and lively music haunt with young staff, quite a decent selection of beers and ciders (but lots of IPAs and not many darker ales). The regulars will talk to you if you sit at the bar, as a pub should be. My only complaint is the loos, which were about as dismal as you'd expect from a music pub. Nice superhero art in there though.

Absolutely incredible staff! really chatty and upbeat, especially after a really busy week! the drinks were super affordable, especially for students. the only thing that could make this experience better was heat lights and maybe some music. however couldn’t fault the establishment at all. especially the staff who were outstanding!
