I've really tried with Troll's pantry. Had my first when the dude was operating out of a van behind Hector's House and it was the best thing ever.Had one yesterday that cost £14 and couldn't taste anything but black pepper. So many better options in Brighton for a burger.

Visited when Trolls Pantry was in Hobgoblin - awesome pub with a great vibe. The food from Trolls Pantry is just outstanding, incredibly unique and tasty, portions aren't oversized which is great, the burgers really are to die for!

Great for gluten free and coliacs. The chef has spent some time researching alternative gluten free buns. Great burger flavours too. All they need now are some gluten free beers!
