Since Corona, the windmill no longer offers kitchen food. However they allow you to order takeaways to the pub which is just the best idea. Get any food you could possibly want in a pub with beer on tap. Would recommend this to anyone

Happened to walk past this beautiful pub on the way back home. They have a lovely smoking area out the front with comfortable seating. (The only thing I would add is some heaters). The pub inside is really nice and they have a great selection. The bar lady was SUPER! Happy to talk about the beers on tap and the options behind the bar. Dont walk past, walk in :)

The new manager is a true delight, and all the staff are absolutely delightful could not recommend this pub more, extremely clean and the staff are very knowledgeable on there drinks.This is the my third time at the windmill since under new management and everything time has been a delight.

Lovely little pub with outside area for when the sun is out. Went there on Sunday with the family and we had a great Sunday roast. There is for everyone, chicken, beef and an amazing vegan option. The meat was soft and tasty. To use my daughter description, no chewy at all! :) we all finished our plate! The caullyflower cheese was delicious! We ordered a second portion :) They also sell the supernatural super tasty Igoo ice cream (the only one I give to my little one). It is a local Brighton ice cream, not easy to come by so I was pleasently surprised! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The playlist fantastic (for my taste obviously:) ) only reccomandation, I would put the volume slightly lower.

Decent local pub with a nice (but small) beer garden in front. Don't go here on the way to Pier Pressure if you're doing an eacape room there: Pier Pressure gives you a voucher for here, so there's always people talking about the game they've just done, which is an easy way to spoil it for you.

Lovely staff here. We sat outside and they took out drink orders separately. We paid for each round and it worked out quite nicely.They don't have a chef at the moment - a problem a lot of eateries are no doubt having. They offered plates and cutlery if you wanted to get food delivered, which we did!
