Vamos Paella in Brighton and Hove

Melissa and the team provided the most wonderful food and service on the day – nothing was too much for them and they were so kind and considerate in making sure everything and everyone were looked after. The tapas was incredible (several people saying they were the best prawns they’d ever had!) and the paellas delicious and something different for our tipi wedding. Ritchie and all the wait staff were just the loveliest people as well. We cannot recommend Vamos Paella enough, definitely book them for your next event!

I cannot begin to tell you how grateful Mads and I are to you, Richie and the entire Vamos team for the amazing efforts and the delicious food at our wedding. It honestly seemed to go so smoothly from our side; I completely appreciate that would have been down to the coordination and work behind the scenes from the team on the day. And all your help and advice in the lead up was SO appreciated!The food was amazing, and really was one of the big hits of the day. Everybody absolutely loved it, said how delicious it was, how much they enjoyed the variety of what was on offer, and also felt there was enough to eat - always key at a wedding!Mads and I sadly didn’t get as much of it as we’d have liked because we got caught up chatting with everybody. It made us very grateful to have had the tasting at your house way back in 2020!Richie was an absolute star - professional, so friendly and effortlessly calm.Thank you again! Now we just need to plan another event at some point where we can use Vamos Paella again!!

Melissa and the Vamos team were absolutely amazing! They catered our wedding for 110 people and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were professional, responsive, extremely helpful and the food was delicious! All of our guests were raving about the food. The maitre d' Ritchie basically ran the day for us and it went off without a hitch. We really couldn't have asked for anything more from their team!

We had Vamos Paella provide three different paellas for our evening wedding party and we couldn't recommend them highly enough!The communication beforehand was quick, helpful and informative. On the night, the service was incredible and the food absolutely delicious and excellent value for money.Our pals (and both of us) are still talking about it!

Marcin and the team catered for our engagement party last weekend and we couldn't fault them!The food was excellent, service amazing and our guests loved the evening. We thought we'd try something a bit different with a paella and it did not disappoint.They come equipped with everything they need and take away the hassle for the evening. Wow! From start to finish Vamos Paella were truly superb. They catered for 85 people at our wedding and provided watering staff. So kind, helpful, friendly, polite. Our guests totally loved them. The food was first class. Everyone loved it. Tapas starters served on gorgeous slates, wonderful paella and deserts to die for. They really just got on with it, without needing us to dictate what they needed to do. We were actually out at the wedding ceremony when they arrived, but when we got back they were just all sorted and ready. And they did many added extras I wasn't expecting like lighting all the mass of candles I had put around the garden and was expecting to do myself - turned round and they were all magically alight. Communications and quotes were straight forward and clear. I can't recommend them enough and now want another party so we can have them again.

Vamos catered at our wedding last month and we could not be happier with the experience from start to finish.Melissa was swift to reply to any queries throughout and was a great host as we visited her home in Brighton for the tasting - which was delicious and assured us that we were onto a winner.From the canapés onwards we received a countless number of compliments from guests about the food. Everyone's wants and needs were well catered for, such is the variety and flexibility that the menu offers.Thoroughly recommended.

Vamos catered for our wedding, and provided waiting staff. In short, they were fantastic. The food was delicious. The service excellent. Adrian and Melissa were kind, considerate, and friendly. I really feel very lucky to have found them, especially when a lot of wedding catering seems overpriced and often not worth the money. I would definitely have them cater any parties we have in future!

Vamos Paella catered our wedding for 70 people and I can't recommend them enough. A very professional team, happy to help and the food was absolutely delicious.
