Beautiful cafe with big and tasty brunch plates. Good coffee and brunch cocktails. Beautiful little outside area. Attention is top 🏻.

I love this pub. It has a great atmosphere and lovely staff. The lunches menu is varied and good value and the evening menu with its North African influences is really worth a try. They have just started doing Boho gelato too. I tried the sour cherry ice cream with a shot of disaronno and it was a real treat and very reasonably priced. I'll certainly be trying out some other combinations in the next few weeks.

This place is so naturally cool, I would love to work here despite being retired and living in New Zealand. I want a seat with my name on it and I'd be here 8 hours a day. 😊👍😊.Thank you to all that make this place so easy to chill in.

The food was delicious but our food took a very long time to arrive

For a community place that opens from 8am to midnight I can’t believe how good the staff, drinks and food are ! Expresso martinis to Greek gyros accompanied by classy music - the best in Brighton.

Unfortunately had a different experience from most other reviewers. We went on a Saturday around midday. We had our orders taken for food about 15 mins after sitting. It took around 15-20 mins for our iced coffees to be served, and we had to wait an hour for our food (4 breakfasts and pancakes). It was pretty busy, but we could see other people getting served at a reasonable time.We wouldn’t have been that put off if the staff had been apologetic about the wait, or come over to just let us know what was going on/see if we wanted anymore drinks or anything in the meantime. We had to ask twice when it got to around 50 mins and were told it was being plated, but 10 more mins later and it still wasn’t out. When it did come, none of us particularly enjoyed it. A lot of the potatoes on my hash were so fried and hard I couldn’t stick a fork in it.

I went for brunch here a few weeks ago, and was a bit disappointed. It took 20 minutes before anyone attended to our table, then another 25 before our coffees arrived (whilst we were sitting 2 meters from the coffee bar), and then 50 minutes between ordering and getting our food. It wasn't that busy, so it shouldn't have taken so long. The food was quite pricy, which wasn't reflected in the quantity or quality, in my opinion. Positively, though, they do have some interesting options for brunch food, including an "African style" breakfast with veggie option.

I've been wanting to try this place for ages and it has not disappointed! The breakfast was delicious and the Christmas sandwich was amazing! Friendly staff, quirky interior, yet humble - Would highly recommend 👌
