Amaaaazing vegan menu! Our favorite place in Brighton! The staff is very nice, and the place is clean. It is commonly crowded but in a good way, I like the good vibe there. I definitely recommend the vegan menu and my fav is the teriyaki vegan chicken ramen 🍜 yummm

Food is really nice and they have tonnes of vegan choices. A family favouriteOne small point to raise, last time we visited it was quite empty, the waitress was sorting a table out when we spotted one next to this which had soft seats. We apologised for the inconvenience but asked if we could move (wife has back issues and a cushion makes a massive difference if we can take it).But Wow!! you would have thought I’d asked her to build me a brand new table, we just had to move some menus but she was very clear about how annoying it was to replace the menus. However most of the staff are superb. We just found a stroppy one that day.

easily the best wagamama i've been to! I've been coming here for years and years - since I was a young kid - and it stands as the best wagamama I've ever been to. They have been amazingly consistent. Food is great and the staff are wonderful. I've been super impressed by them over the last few times I've visited. They are attentive, characterful and very kind

The service was okay, although our waitress came too soon to ask if we were ready, so we asked her to come back later. When we were ready, if we hadn’t told one of the waiters that we wanted to order we would have been waiting another 20 minutes.The food was bland and didn’t taste like anything. We ordered the grilled chicken ramen and the ramen itself was tasteless. It’s a shame because my fiancé isn’t from the UK and I’ve had good experiences with Wagamama before and we wanted a nice evening. We ended up leaving upset.

Great food freshly prepared and as described. Loved the Jasmine tea and crockery. Clean restaurant (& toilets), pleasant staff, good seating space with screens, very popular judging by the queue as we were leaving.

Positives and negatives...Positive: Steamed buns were lovely as well as the smoothie I ordered. Quick to seat us as well.Negatives: the katsu curry was disappointing. It wasn't presented in the most appetising way, and it was more like a Chinese curry sauce you get from a fish and chip shop. Nothing on my favourite from Yo Sushi (which is also half the price). Felt it was quite expensive and overhyped overall. Can't say I'll be returning to the chain

Slight wait at the door due to a busy restaurant but handled incredibly well by the staff. Food was great, and delivered promptly when prepared.Aimee, who served us, let us know that some food items will be late, to which I thank her honesty. It was busy yet she remained upbeat and kind, which made us feel calm in such a busy environment, and we were able to enjoy our meals.Great place to eat some food! I'll visit again when it's not so busy!

Didn't have to wait too long before getting a seat. Great service and wonderful food and a super price would definitely recommend
