Waterhouse Restaurant in Brighton and Hove

Visited there on a nice sunny day, very nice place and good food. Only downside was that a few of their staff need more training or perhaps be more focused on the job we changed table and told them and they forgot and thought we left, after 20 minutes of our food being ready got served cold food, we didn't complain as the quality was up to par.

A great evening for one of their themed nights. What talented dancers, singer and saxophonist. The staff, food and drink was fantastic. We sat up in bar and terrace for cocktails and dinner. Loved that their was such a mix of people; dogs, children and groups. We then moved downstairs to the bar for cocktails where Lewis made me a gorgeous Bounty cocktail ‘last in the box’. A fab evening. Thank you Rockwater. Poole needs this.

Beautiful experience here! Beach views, open sky deck, and really good food too! Our cocktail and wine were both delicious, the vegan scallops were surprising yummy, the tuna was succulent and lovely. My favourite though, was the burrata, which was fresh with orange and herbs - I’d never eaten it like this before, so it was especially amazing.

We were very lucky to experience this very nice venue. Being the hottest day of the year, it was lovely to enjoy drinks and a superb meal on the terrace.Staff were fantastic, food was amazing, entertainment was fun and overall we loved every second.There was a original booking issue. But, this was corrected immediately, confirmation was sent via email and my wife was a very happy person 😁Already, have I recommend to friends who will most likely visit. I will aim to come back some time soon when we are back in Brighton.Thank you for accommodating us. 😁👍

Relaxing restaurant by the sea. The food taste really good at competitive prices. Booking in advance is a must at it can get busy. Staff are friendly and the service was quick.

Cozy place, just by the sea. We were here during the evening but I think it’s very nice being here during a sunny day as well!The service was very nice and friendly. They missed some stuff, forgot two things we ordered. But they fixed that quickly when we mentioned it.The food was surprisingly good. I really like that they dared to use a lot of spices to make it taste something extra. Like the tomato chutney in the burger, it was lovely!The only thing that we didn’t like was the chocolate marcel because it wasn’t dark and tasted like a super sweet milk chocolate mousse.

Amazing location, decent food and pretty good prices considering. Decor was nice, cut off time for breakfast options on a Saturday morning felt a touch early at 11am... That wouldn't fly in Bristol, people are barely out of bed by then. Still, a decent spot if you're up with the crows.

I enjoyed the vegetarian version of Fish & Chips, they used Banana instead of fish and it tastes superb. Selection of wine also good, few are locals from Sussex region. The place is nicely designed, well thought lighting with beautiful view of the sea.

The location is unmatched across the city. The atmosphere inside is relaxed and low key but at the same time feels smart and cool. The food I ate was great - I've been there now for breakfast and a pepperoni pizza at lunch - both were great.

Fantastic location, decent food. Great place to spend time with friends and family. If the weather is good, the external seating can be handy. Massive portions as well.They have a few vegan/vegetarian main course options as well, but I wish there were more. I am sure it will happen with time.
