I love this bookshop because it has a beautiful vibe. I relax myself just entering in this place. It has a lot of choices and I bought here a lot of books.

I can always lose myself here. The books are displayed in a way that makes you aware that there is so much to choose from without feeling overwhelmed. One of very favourite places. I was in there for over an hour.

Great bookstore!! Amazing selection of books and very friendly staff. Although if you want to buy a book you know is popular, I suggest to go early as they sell out very quickly.

4 floors of knowledge, a cafeteria at the third floor. The staff is so helpful and the books cost around £7-15 (the huge majority) they also sell thing like lights, pens, notebooks…

Spent hours here, if you are a book lover definitely a good store to check out! 5 stories high with a cute little cafe on the 5th floor. I brought my own book and sat up there for hours enjoying a pot of tea! Great place to relax and unwind when exploring Brighton or would be a good spot if you needed to get some study done

Very good store the staff are very helpful. A wide range of books whatever you are looking for in a book they may well have it. You can use click and collect which is really good and a fast service. I would highly recommend this store.

Please inform customers more clearly, that to use the toilets, they need a code printed on their receipt, following a purchase. Staff sat having their break directly opposite the toilets, allowed people to queue for over 20 mins. The customers all assumed the toilets were in use as they were locked. Whilst I get that Waterstones are limiting the use to customers only, a sign on the toilet doors or any communication from the staff sat opposite would have been helpful.

My partners favorite shop 😅He got me a book today so I get to read more instead of scrolling. 😬This branch is lovely, helpful bookshop employees and tidy too.The cafe is located I think on the 3rd or 4th floor. It was still packed but it was calm.Had a latte with hazelnut syrup (the right balance of sweetness and that strong coffee kick) lemon drizzle cake was amazing -- very moist and the lemon tang worked well with the glaze. The ever reliable hot chocolate whipped cream and mallows perfect for the rainy weather.Take the receipt as it has the code for the loo 😊I also love how I can just pour myself a glass of water after having my cake and beverage.

One of the better shops of the chain. Well laid out on four floors. Good selection of books on just about everything. The travel section is particularly extensive. The in house cafe is a pleasant spot to take a break. I like the little notes of staff recommendations on selected books. Still maintaining a high standard with the displays and the new books.
