Yefsis of Greece in Brighton and Hove

Such a let down everytime!! Not ordered in a while but this time reminded me why I won't return. No flavour, needs salt and fries was undercooked. IActually feel like I've been robbed for £20 for a gyros and fries.

Worst kebab we have ever had. The mushrooms got sent back as they were dripping and had been deep fried and we're so vile we could not eat them . We actually feel sick. The water jug at The table was so dirty Do not eat here ..

Me and a couple friends went in for an evening meal and were really impressed by the experience - service was extremely friendly, not too long waiting times for food and the food itself was amazing. Portion size was generous for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be returning again!

Amazing service and great food. All the staff members were lovely and we ended up having a lovely conversation with Surya, a waiter there, and another nice conversation one with two other employees outside who were on their break, when we were leaving:) have eaten their food before but only takeaway! Tasty every time. Out first time eating in the restaurant and it was so cute and classy and they played good music in the background such as Amy Winehouse which made it even nicer. Will make an effort to come back to the restaurant, it’s a great place.

Kickass food, great hospitality, great valueI come here all the time and the staff are lovely, I get a load of food for only £6. Andrew is wonderful and always greets me with a hug when I come in. If you haven’t tried this place it’s an absolute must.

I went to this restaurant,Few things were very unpleasant:The chairs are terrible, there is no comfort .they wash the toilets with LOTS of bleach,we had to change tables because of the extremely strong smell.The food has no salt, the potato is very dry ,the music is TOO loud.The only good thing there is the service, they are all lovely but unfortunately they need to improve a lot in other aspects

The Athenian sharing platter for 2 (£34) is the ideal place to start, but impossible to finish! Mythos beer is a good accompaniment. Everything well cooked and well seasoned, pleasant staff who keep an eye on things, and reasonably priced.

Just ordered a £34 "Athenian" platter from UnBarred Brewery and it's the worst value meal I've ever had. Chips were cold, dips bland, meat limited and underwhelming. I tried to give some feedback to staff at the bar who said "not my problem" and when I called Yefsis to share feedback they were incredibly dismissive. Would not recommend

Fast delivery, but a little bit too quick for our liking. Everything arrived safely via Deliveroo, however what was disappointing that our chicken kebabs were raw and cooked in sections.As you can see from the first photo, there is a small trace of redness and pinkness along some pieces of the kebab.I don't believe that this is the seasoning, and marinade. But, I know for sure that it was overcooked, yet please prove me wrong Yefsis.Customer service wise. Rude staff hanging up in mid-way complaints, and not apologising for something that clearly is their fault, rather than DeliverooUpdate : Owner responded to contact me about potentially rectifying their errors of customer service and quality control. Luckily, they have been very apologetic, and polite about it. And have asked me to contact them yesterday evening to discuss further about my inquiry , however I wasn't able to get through to them after phoning them up at least twice. So I am still not entirely convince about their customer service via delivery, and inquires. Yet, I really hope that the owner is right about their staff now taking extra care in handling and cooking raw meat. So there is a possibility of them turning this around, but please do not use Deliveroo at the moment to order from here, until then

Stumbled upon this place and was very impressed, looked like a takeaway outside but had a lovely dining area that went far back and was very cozy and intimate. We ordered the sharing platter for two and it was huge!, the meat skewered meat was sublime and the chips were so good- proper cut potatoes how it should be. I'm definitely going there again.
